Guests have full access to the condo and all of the Tamarack & Mirror Lake resort's amenities. Our team is available to respond when needed. Tamarack is a great Wisconsin Dells resort with lots of amenities and plenty of space for riding bikes, walking, etc. There is parking right in front of your condo and walking or bicycling is a great way to get around. Some amenities have a small fee paid on-site such as the video game arcade and peddle boats.

At the Activity Center you can pick up swim towels from the front desk etc, if you plan on utilizing the swimming pools.

Kitchen has all the tools you need to stay in, but the location is extremely close to great restaurants.

The condo has indoor, outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are a few feet away from the fishing pond that has a beautiful walking path. Other amenities include:

No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will no longer entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) Airbnb business.... last minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

At the end of the TERM, guests leave house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon checkin please notify owner via airbnb immediately.
