Clean, but small room
Our stay was great. Our room was on the ground level with a patio leading to the outdoor pool, which the kids loved. The room itself was clean and had desireable furniture. The beds were soft, but firm and had 4 pillows on each queen bed. There are only a few gripes I have that in reality employees have no control over. The bathroom was wayyyyy too small; it only had a toilet and shower/tub and about 2 feet. The door to the bathroom barely would open before barely breezing by the toilet. I also disliked the sink being outside of the bathroom and in the room. Overall, the room was small. Would I stay there again? Probably, but only if there was a room with a larger bathroom and the sink was in the bathroom.

We were given the wrong room and we’re forced to purchase a second room, our friends room smelled TERRIBLE, there was mold on the pool play area. The front desk receptionist was kind enough but the hotel needs to step it up big time. I felt like I was staying at a motel that was doing it’s best to feel like a hotel.

Great experience for a family with a toddler
Great experience overall. Everything was spotless and clean even the pool area. The main reason to choose the hotel was the indoor pool it was great for everybody even for my little toddler who is afraid of the big slides and for my husband who likes warm pools. The only negative side was it had too much chemicals in it. But it wasn't too bad. We definitely recommend the hotel.
