This beautifully renovated 2 bed 1 bath studio style condo is overlooking the 10th, Green. This unit includes all furnishings necessary for a perfect stay. Sleeps 6; Full Kitchen; Our Condo is located 3 miles from Downtown Dells, so you aren't in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough you can still enjoy everything the Dells has to offer by visiting the endless attractions. Don’t forget your suit, enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

It suited our needs. We like being able to cook meals in the room. Nice that there is a hot tub outdoors near the unit and that its away from the main Chula Vista building, but close enough to utilize.

The property was great. Check in process was seamless. Had a sink, fridge, microwave, stove and oven. We were able to heat up and cook quick food as we were there for Automotion. Maria was responsive to our questions and needs.

The condo was cozy and the new beds are soft and comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Maria was very nice and easy to get a hold of. The only thing to keep in mind is the condo is on the ground level so if you have neighbors above you, you hear everything! Luckily our neighbors upstairs were mostly quiet.

UDA college dance team camp
This property is located across the street from the main building at Chula Vista. I was able to easily meet up with others from our group who stayed in the hotel, and enjoyed the luxury of this studio space with kitchenette, eating area, living room, comfy beds, bathroom and separate sink/vanity space. Everything is very clean and welcoming, just as the pictures indicate. While there are sleeping accommodations for 4 plus the couch, I personally feel having more than 2 adults and 1 child would feel crowded. I enjoyed my time here and hope to stay again next year.
