Security Deposit:
Please be aware there is a security deposit of £50 per adult (min £350 Coach House, min £500 Lode Hall) payable on arrival by card only. This is fully refundable providing no damage or noise disturbances occur.
In order to maintain good relations between all our guests and our resident neighbours we have had to put in place a strict rule that no noise or revelry is allowed outside after the hour of 11pm. Any guests in breach of this will lose their deposit.
Park Information:
Lode Hall is in a rural setting and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere the owners do ask for no noise disturbance to be made in the garden area after 11pm.
Please be aware there is a small River 115 yards from the property.
