"Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. "Cowslip cottage is the perfect size for two people and the views to the sea are lovely with goats and donkeys for entertainment. The cottage is cosy and comfortable with all the kitchen bits needed and a handy bottle of milk on arrival. Even more helpful is the EV charging port. Really good location for exploring Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and other local places. Very nice holiday overall!"

"Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it "

"Stunning apartment with lovely sea views with a lovely bar below and various cafes within a minutes walk "

"The apartment was very well fitted out, the staff were lovely very helpful, it is a little far from town and took us a while to find the local supermarket, maybe some instructions on how to work the job and parking was an issue, we went out for the day and had to park quite a walk away, but on the whole we loved it and were very comfortable 😊"

"Fantastic overnight stay in the Bollinger room - with the most comfortable bed imaginable. We ate in the pub in the evening and got talking to the owner about Huddersfield pigeons and their (lack of) merits. Food brilliant - we chose a chicken and a lamb dish. Beautiful. Mediterranean cheesecake - pesto jus with olives and roasted tomatoesit it was not. Turns out it was Dark Fruit Berries !!! Super flavour. And sticky toffee pudding to die for ! Lovely breakfast in the morning. Plenty varied choice. Would we stay again ? Absolutely. Most definitely. Thank you for a great break. 🙂👏👍 "
