"Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "

"I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. "This location offers great access to Longwood Gardens and other cute spots in town. This location was super cute and very cozy. The only downsides to this spot was that the bedrooms are all in close proximity and the beds and pillows were firm. The host made sure our stay was welcome and kept good communication with us!
