"The host and the staff were highly attentive with a clear agenda that you have a good experience in their accommodation.they were easily accessible to resolve any issues you may have. the place is ideally located in a quiet residential area of EL near local shops, bars and restaurants; therefore it felt very safe and it was quite practical due to available facilities. "The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained. The spa is excellent. Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around. Devil is in the details. "

"Had a mistake with the online booking this is a thing that we find can happen via a portal like hotels.com and has happened to us on a few occasions . The staff here were brilliant though couldn’t help the first night went over and above to ensure the second was in a suitable room we had booked with balcony and sea view "
