My family and I stayed to ski and snowboard at Winter Park and snowshoe in the area. The host was excellent to communicate with. The property was just as listed and very comfortable and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay and if in the area again would hope to stay at the same property.

Great, modern condo
Property was well maintained and very up to date. Kitchen was well stocked and each room had its own tv and space for privacy. The communal hot tub was quite large as well. Marty was super responsive when we had an issue and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay again.

Weekend In Winter Park
This was the perfect location for a weekend in Winter Park, walking distance to coffee, groceries, liquor store and some awesome Bars and restaurants. The unit is clean updated and a great place to relax after hitting the mountain for the day. Within walking distance is a free bus over to WP Resort. The building is generally quiet and the parking garage is secure and easy to acces. Highly recommend renting from Marty, we loved our stay at his place!!!

Amazing Stay
the condo was just like it said and the pictures on spot on . the owner is super friendly and responds immediately. beds are so comfortable. Beware. if you cook bacon, open the window or the door the fire alarm will go off. LOL. besides that and the trying to figure out the bus system it was a great stay. Would definitely go back.

Quality Abounds
This condo is full of quality. Quality is found in the building and underground garage, the condo layout and furnishings and even the communication and responsiveness of the owner! We enjoyed the view and great location...walking distance to shopping and restaurants. This condo is bright, clean and fresh. The linens are great, and the owner provides both firm and soft pillows on the beds. That's attention to renter's comfort! We have rented many places in the past 18 months. This one is at the top of our list! We will be back. Thanks, Marty!

Great Weekend Getaway!
We came up for a weekend getaway. We live in Colorado but had never been to Winter Park. The condo was a perfect space for our family of 4, 2 teens. The location is within walking distance from some stores and restaurants. It was immaculate when we arrived and the communication was thorough and informative. Nice modern space with all of the amenities we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Great trip to Winter Park!
Our stay was lovely at this Winter Park condo! We were there for a wedding and the condo is so centrally located. Love that it is so close to town and hiking trails. The condo looks just like the pictures and the host even left us a gift card for the neighboring market which we really enjoyed! Nice touch! Our stay was perfect. Thank you!

We had a fabulous time in this great top floor condo. We used the convenient underground parking, 1st floor bike storage and large hot tub. The location was great, close to lots of dining options, and fabulous mtb trails. The condo was very well equipped with a full kitchen, WiFi and Sonos! We had a great time. Winter Park Condo
Great location, great layout of the condo, owner was very quick and responsive to our needs. We recently stayed at 3 separate VRBO condos. On each one we noticed all were in need of a deep cleaning. The first tell tale sign were dishes that hadn’t been used recently, and the ceiling fans, with dust hanging off of them. I would highly recommend this condo as it was perfect for all the things we did, and what a great place to come back to and relax. However as with all the condos we stayed at, a deep cleaning should be mandatory a couple times a year.

The place was nice. Large enough for 4. TV watching requires some effort. There are 5 remotes. The Latch.com app only gives unlock from the phone rights to one person. Everyone else has to input codes. Not a big deal. Otherwise the location is really good. We had a great time.
