We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location with easy walk to bus route, restaurants, etc. Relaxing in the hot tub was a perfect way to wind down after a long day of skiing. I 10/10 recommend and would love to stay again! Thanks for having us.
The property was spotless when we checked in, and extremely well stocked, from extra toilet paper to coffee and shampoo. The host was responsive and easy to work with and you can walk to Cooper Creek and downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed this stay and plan on renting this condo in the future.
Nice two bedroom, two bath place close to all the activity in Winter Park. Worked well for two adults and would be good for family with kids as well. Has everything you need to cook meals in if desired.
My family and I stayed in the condo for skiing at Winter Park. The location is not only walkable to many restaurants, but a very close drive to the Winter Park Resort. My son took advantage of the onsite gym each day and my daughter enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Overall great experience.
We planned a two night stay in Winter Park to check out a house we are renting for family vacation on Shadow Mountain Lake next summer. Perfect size for four, easy access in and out, close to everything, Furnished very nice with everything we needed. Scott was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk too. We will recommend to anyone going to this part of Colorado.

Nice Condo / Good Location
Nice space, kitchen, and family room. Ample space in the condo all around. Easy parking in the summer and walkable to spots.
We really enjoyed our stay for a family ski trip (first time) to Winter Park. Location is great, especially for the bus route. Also close to town. Communication was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. Wouldn't have it any other way. Everything was as advertised.
Nice place. Warm and cozy. Have stayed at snowblaze many times. Older condo complex and needing some updates in spa area - but love that it is onsite.

We booked this condo in the fall when we hoped to stay in Winter Park during the holidays. We thought the location was great and the condo was exactly what we needed for 4 people to stay. Communication with the owner was super easy and condo was accurately described. The complex was only 1 or 2 stops away from Winter Park resort depending on the Lift line (we recommend black/red during the winter) and covered car ports were fantastic given the snow. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to others!
Great location! So close to shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Winter Park Resort. This is a great space and there was plenty of room for our family. Scott was very responsive and helpful and the property was as described. Definitely recommend this condo.
Just one small thing to point out and I'm sure Scott will address it. The twist rods on the blinds in the living room were missing so to enjoy the mountain views, we needed to hoist the blinds up instead of being able to control the light/privacy level. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo, Scott!
The property was much more aged than the photos indicated. The carpet was stained, smelly and dirty. The inside of the windows had not been washed in a long time and there were hand prints of the previous visitors children on the large front window - not attractive or inviting.
The pool that was advertised, and which was the driving factor in our decision to choose this property, was non-functional. It has been closed since this past winter or before and was clearly in disrepair. I have taken pictures of this mess, pool and spa. We were told about how to use the pool pass and key in the email received from the owner so we had no reason to know there was not a functioning pool available for our stay. Please know this is considered false advertisement and is fraudulent. We are very dissatisified and are requesting a fair portion of our payment to be returned. We chose this location as we both enjoy swimming - and as it was clearly advertised as having a pool & spa available - I believe a fair compensation would be the return of 1/2 of our payment.
I would also consider it necessary on your part to immediately change the untrue advertisement you are posting on your site, to avoid other unwitting customers from being duped as well.
Please advise how I may send the picture I took of this facility and the process in place to receive a partial refund of our payment.

Comfortable living space, walk to town, easy bus transport to mountain, covered parking, ski locker
We stayed at Scott's place for 4 nights in late Dec. 2017 and enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 4 with 2 children ages 14 and 12. As a host, Scott was very responsive to questions and left detailed directions on how to catch the bus, etc.
Condo: Great living space. The kitchen is updated and has a great open plan to the dining and living area. We stayed in most evenings as it was easy to cook and hang out as a family. The couch was super-comfortable and easily fit all 4 of us. The entry area had a closet and plenty of hooks to hang jackets, hats and snow pants. Also, ample space for shoes and a bench for putting on those ski boots!
A few areas that would benefit from some attention:
-bathrooms could use an update.
-beds were very bouncy and tired. We woke up often because if 1 person moved, you would bounce and feel it. Investing in some foam mattresses or more firm mattresses would be worth it for a good night's rest. The twin mattresses were the same in the other bedroom.
-Vertical blinds has 1-2 broken or missing and could use an update.
Bus: Easy walk through the complex to the bus stop that takes you to Winter Park Mountain resort. So easy and worth it not to drive!
Parking: Covered parking fit our Mazda CX-9 WITH a Yakima carrier on top. It snowed during our stay and it was great to not have to brush off the car.
Ski locker: Ski locker located with covered parking. Nice way to store skis and poles. So worth it!
Walk to town: This condo is only a block away from the main downtown area of Cooper Creek which has many shops and restaurants. We walked to dinner 1 time and walked to get take out one nights. Very convenient. In warm months, you can walk to hiking trails, etc.
Friendly, long-time owners: We met many friendly, local, long-time condo owners while enjoying the hot tub and pool. All owners were excited to tell us the ins and outs of the town and their experiences living in Colorado. All owners seem to be loyal to this complex and have owned for 20+ years.
Pool and hot tub: Indoor hot tub was the only one working but it was fantastic! Pool was a good size and heated. The indoor hot tub and pool is fun for kids. Also, they have a nice work out facility.
Overall: It's tough to find a place walking distance to the downtown of WP. The only other option is staying in the Village area by the Mountain of WP and you'll pay a lot for that. Great condo and we would stay here again (if there are new mattresses).
Easy access to restaurants/shopping/coffee/ice cream. Lovely balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather! Pool and hot tubs were a great way to end the day,!
Well maintained. Very clean. Close to recreational areas and dining establishments. Excellent communication with owner. One issue is that wifi is not secure so could not be used for financial or relatd uses.
Nice 2-bedroom condo right in Winter Park within walking distance of lots of restaurants shops etc. Clean, nice balcony, no AC but I learned you don’t need it up there in mountains. Lots of nearby outdoor activities & fantastic scenery.
