Top Floor Mountain Retreat, Prime Location to WP Base Village, Trestle Bike Park

An unbeatable location, Fraser Crossing is a contemporary vacation rental only 150 yards from the base of the Winter Park Resort, 10 person gondola, The Village restaurants, shops, and numerous outdoor family friendly activities.

We are also close to the Winter Park Amtrak Train stop, making it easy to get from Denver to Winter Park!

The space:
The premier studio sleeps four with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper.

Prepare a quick meal before heading out in the well-equipped kitchenette which includes a coffee maker, crock-pot, dishes, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, mini refrigerator, pans/pots/utensils, stovetop with 2 burners, and toaster.

Other amenities provided include a flat-screen TV with cable/Apple TV, free WiFi, gas fireplace (turned off in the summer), humidifier, white noise machine, fresh linens/towels, toiletries, and full bathroom.

The building has a giant common area amenity deck that includes barbecue grills, changing/bathrooms, a hot tub, patio furniture, an outdoor fireplace, and views of the mountains.

The Village restaurants, shops, and many outdoor activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.

Guest access:
- Bike Storage: Located on the 1st floor in the parking garage (bring your own lock)
- Ski Lockers: Located on the 1st floor between the lobby and parking garage (lock provided)
- Winter Parking: $21 per day fee for heated underground parking is available late November to early May
- Summer Parking: $0 per visit service fee for underground parking is available late May to early November
- Coin-operated Washer/Dryer on-site.
- Community amenities include a large common area, shared amenity patio with barbecue grills, changing/bathrooms, a hot tub, patio furniture and an outdoor fireplace.

We are available to assist guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay in Winter Park. If there are any questions and/or issues, feel free to text or call.

Other things to note:
Keyless Lock: the property is equipped with an electronic lock, allowing easy, secure access to the property at check-in and throughout your stay. No need to check in at a separate location!

This was perfect for our family! The studio is quite large and spacious, and they had everything we needed. The place was clean, hosts allowed us to check in a couple hours early when we got there early, and the quick walk to the restaurants and skiing was awesome. Highly recommend, we had a great time!

Incredibly convenient. 2 minute walk to the gondola. Great parking in heated garage. Views of the ski hill. Would recommend and stay again next time we are in Winter Park.

The location of this condo is fantastic! The end unit has a fantastic view of the mountains with easy access to the base. The condo is very comfortable with great amenities. We have stayed in this building in the pass and hands down this is the best studio in the building!

Chris is wonderful with communication and makes the arrival process super easy. We are fortunate he was able to accommodate us with an early check-in so we could get started on our Winter Park plans. The condo is clean, in the perfect location to the village, and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We appreciate the hospitality we received and would absolutely stay here again!

Our third time to WP and we love the Fraser Crossing location. Such an easy location for the resort and skiing. The town is a short, short drive or bus ride away. The room was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The communication was great, we had all the information we needed everything was incredibly smooth/easy. We will definitely rent again! Great Place in Winter Park Base!
We love staying in this condo! We love the well equipped kitchen and the excess number of towels. The location is ideal for us- away from the hustle bustle of the village, but it’s all right there when we need it. We are very thankful to have found this wonder condo in WP. Thank you!

Great location!
We enjoyed 2 nights in Winter Park for a wedding. We were directly across the street from the gondola and had easy walking access to the entire resort. The town was a very quick drive away. Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The extra fan was great for putting in the window to cool down the room during the day. Parking was easy and the luggage carts were so helpful! We’d stay again.

Convenient and comfoy
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The studio was very clean, quiet and had all the basic creature comforts of home and even a pretty well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook. The property is super close and convenient to Winter Park village with shops, restaurants and ski lifts just accross the street. The owner's communication was very prompt and helpful prior to and during our visit. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Location!
Fraser Crossing is a quick walk to the gondola and a perfect location to do a trip without a car. For arrival we took the Bustang from steamboat to winter park Cooper creek transit then the free Lift to the condo. On departure we took the Amtrak snow train to Denver - all within steps of the condo. Loved the condo and Chris was super helpful and responsive. Hope to come back soon.

Perfect Winter Park Location!
We LOVE staying at this studio condo in Winter Park. It is the perfect location for our family. It is quiet and away from the hustle bustle of the base village, but yet right there next to the base when we want it. We love the proximity to the slopes. The condo is great. I love the extra blankets, and have always found towels readily availability. The kitchen is adequately equipped. We feel lucky that we were able to book this place for multiple weekends this winter to enjoy WP. Thank you!

Great Fraser Crossing Studio
This property is on the top floor of the Fraser Crossing bldg so it's the closest to the gondola, which is great. We appreciated all the amenities (board games, books, extra towels, humidifier...). Bc it's on the top floor it's quiet, but also warm. We couldn't get the temp down below 73 while we were there. The sofa bed isn't awesome... it's pretty saggy and uncomfortable. Otherwise we found things clean and in good shape!
