Your next ski in/ski out vacation can be in this one bedroom (3rd floor) Zephyr Mountain Slopeside building Condo, with new (November 2019) KING size bed, LazyBoy memory foam QUEEN pull out couch & a Camping Mat w/Sleeping Bag with new granite, sink, faucet & stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Enjoy the expansive views of the Continental divide mountains & the village from the private balcony. Overlooking the village you will enjoy that it is on the quiet side of the complex away from the early morning groomers/machinery & not near the hot tubs that can get noisy late at night, the condo is not near the elevators (can be noisy). This unit has a small outdoor GAS GRILL, 2 sets of adult SNOWSHOES, X-box & xbox games, movies, cooler, books, toys, games. Private locked ski storage included with this condo.

Walk to restaurants, shops, tubing hill, massage, liquor store, Starbucks & more.

Winter Park Resort has 2762 acres of ski able terrain, 134 trails and 30 feet of snowfall annually. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is the only Ski-In-Ski-Out property at Winter Park. Winter activities include skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating, dog sled rides and more.

Although it offers some of the best champagne powder and world class skiing it is more than a winter destination. Winter Park offers the ultimate Colorado vacation experience 365 days a year. Summer activities include mountain biking in Mountain Bike Capital USA, hiking, Colorado's longest alpine slide, white water rafting, fishing, scenic chairlift rides and music and art festivals.

We were concerned prior to arrival due to all the instructions... but the directions were perfect and all was easy and stress free. We really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to anyone looking for a great skii vacation with their family... sleeps 5, but only 4 comfortably.

Beautiful Condo in Zephyer Slopeside
This is a beautiful upgraded condo in the Zephyer slopeside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host gave us great tips to help us with our vacation and ensure a relaxing experience.

This condo is an amazing location right next to the gondola. It doesn't get any easier to get on and off the slopes. The condo itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The information on the parking is a bit outdated. Now you download an app and pay for the entirety of your stay, and you can come and go as you please without any additional fees. Overall it is a great place for a small family to stay with all of the conveniences of being skiing and ski out. Would definitely rent it again.

Perfect location
Maureen was great! Really easy to reach and answered quickly. The room’s ski locker meant we could ski straight out to the gondola every morning. My 16 yr old boy slept like a rock on the camp pad and his friend said the memory foam made the pull-out couch very comfortable. The larger hot tub was consistently nice and hot. We tried it every night.

It was a nice getaway for a quick one night stay. We found the instructions to be lengthy and not entirely clear or up to date with front desk information. A simple bullet list would be a huge improvement. We would also have loved to watch a ski movie, but the media instructions did not make sense with the current options. Every streaming service returned an error, and the xbox dvd player did not work, and we did not want to touch any cables, etc. Ended up watching on an ipad which was fine but a notable disappointment.

Location was great. Space was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Check-in/parking instructions were a little complicated, but Maureen was helpful and quick to respond. If you stay here, be sure you check to see if all four keys for guests are there when you check-in. My husband didn't realize there were supposed to be four until he read the check-out instructions and there were only three. He alerted Maureen then, but it would have been better if he had noticed when he first arrived. Would stay here again. Winter Park is wonderful!
