Tastefully remodeled to suit your family's needs. End unit, ground floor situated only steps from trailheads, rivers, and walking distance to nearly everything Winter Park has to offer.

Master Bedroom has a new King Bed and Master Bath, newly remodeled.

Guest Bedroom has a queen bed.

Bunk room has two new bunks.

Free WiFi and Cable

Kitchen and living area completely remodeled and updated. Fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home.

Laundry in unit

Free Winter Park ski shuttle bus picks you up right outside building.

Lockable space for bikes on the back deck. Ski closet available and stocked with sleds.

100's of miles of mountain biking, hiking and running trails literally right out of the back door (and many more across the street!)

Playground and outdoor picnic area you can reserve for events adjacent to building.

During the snow-free months, enjoy the sports equipment we leave in the ski closet for you (corn hole, soccer, football, badminton, volleyball).

During the snowy months, have fun with the sleds we will provide for you.

Year Round, enjoy DVD's, board games, and a few children's books provided for your use

Ground floor Easy!!
Nice place, super easy being on the ground floor parking right in front. The shuttle bus stops right in front of the building. Nice amenities, everything one would need and more. The club house with pool and hot tubs is an excellent place and a close walk!
