This vacation home rental in Winter Park has one of the best location and views available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Hideaway Station neighborhood. The condos in this building are located on the second floor of the building and bedrooms within the condo are upstairs with a total of 2 flights of stairs including the stairs to reach the residences on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms upstairs within the condo. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Fireside Market is also next door for all of your grocery shopping. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle next to the building will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities.

We had a nice staycation in Winter Park at this location. Very quiet - considering we were sharing walls with neighbors, we did not hear them at all! Close enough to the slopes to get ski time every day. The ONLY thing we wish we would have considered was this place is up a large flight of stairs and made for many trips to unload and load the car. It was a bonus to have the coffee shop downstairs for a morning treat now and again.

Clean, beautifully decorated, modern, well equipped condo. Spacious. Convenient location except that our first night there the live music at the restaurant across the parking lot/next door made it difficult to go to sleep before 10:30 pm. The other nights were fairly quiet. Would stay there again.

Only things we didn’t like: When arriving the unit had a strong smell of cleaner that you could tell was masking a dog/pet smell. When renting this property I did not know that pets had stayed in it. There were lots of stains on the rugs upstairs and downstairs where pets had urinated. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and could smell this our entire stay. When booking this unit The company had it listed like there was a private hot tub that came with the unit and there was special instructions for the use of the private hot tub and upon arrival there was no private hot tub. So we decided we would try out the community hot tub and it was cold and not working our entire stay. The unit is located over businesses so throughout our stay we had people from those businesses that would park in our parking spot and they was not very nice about it when we would ask them to move so we could park. The Mad Adventure (business directly below our unit) white shuttle buses would always park in the middle of the parking lot and in our parking spot, making it difficult to get in and out of our parking spot.

Perfect location!!
This loft is located within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and venues. The views are beautiful. This is a corner unit and with the windows open the fresh air sufficiently cooled the unit in the summer. Communication with property management was great. Would definitely stay again. The only critique I would say is the bedrooms are small. It was just two of us and our small Corgi and we had sufficient room. Loved that this was pet-friendly!!

First of all, I want to say that the location was terrific and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery, etc. There are just a few things that I wish would have been more clear in the listing and that I would have been aware of. I will agree with a previous guest that the property is in need of a serious cleaning and some maintenance. I wish I could attach photos to this review, but there were dirty footprints going up the walls where a previous child had tried to climb the walls, the ceiling fans were caked with dust, baseboards, doors, etc. The "free fun" vouchers that are advertised as included are not what it seems. You will receive only 1 free pass per day for your group and the rest of the party must pay full price for their admission. The listing says "home theater smart TV's" but there is only 1 TV in the home. The parking outside the home is not "covered" as stated. There is a public parking garage nearby, but not convenient to this property. There are no board games at the loft. There were a couple decks of cards, but all were missing pieces. Overall, our stay was fine and we enjoyed our time, but I just wish I would have known exactly what to expect so I could have prepared and packed what we needed.

This property was beautiful. They provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay (all the little details did not go unnoticed). I was there during the slow season (October) and it was beautiful. The location of the property was perfect, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The inside of the place was perfect. This place is lovely and in a terrific location. The only down side is that it's in need of a deep cleaning. To be clear, most things like the dishes and beds were clean. It was more the walls, baseboards, doors, etc. that are in desperate need for cleaning. Wasn't a huge deal since everything else was great, but was worth losing 1 star.

We loved our stay here which was so convenient to all necessities and activities! It was beautiful, comfortable (heated floors!) and had no issues. We didn’t use the gas grill on the patio but there were left over onions left on the grill and ground from a previous guest that housekeeping missed. A couple of the Pully’s to the window shades were broke but still functional. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. The location was only a few minutes’ drive from the ski mountain. The property itself is extremely modern and clean, and had everything we needed for a family of four. When we discovered that the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, the management company brought a new one over immediately and helped us transfer everything from the old to the new refrigerator. The keyless entry app on our phones worked flawlessly for us. There is ample room in the hallway for boot storage. Unfortunately the building does not yet have ski storage but we understand they are working on that. The hot tub was nice as well, we just wish it was in the same building (it is in a building across the parking lot from this one). We loved that the property is within walking distance of multiple grocery stores and restaurants. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Loft was on perfect location for skiing, close to restaurants and shuttle, and shopping. It exceeded our expectations and more. The hot tub was amazing. The radiant heat and fireplace kept us comfortable throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Loft #1 - the unit is very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and close to the shuttle bus. My only complaint is that the refrigerator wasn't working when we got there. We called management and they said they would send someone but at that time maintenance was busy shoveling. Over 24 hours later we never had anyone stop by so all of our food that we spent quite a bit of money on spoiled.

This was a great condo. The kitchen was more than adequate, and well stocked with cookware. There are huge floor to ceiling windows, which we really enjoyed. The view isn't of the mountains, but the light is fabulous. The fireplace is easy to start and warm. The bedrooms are a little tight. Beds are big, but no room for a dresser, so be prepared to hang your clothes if you unpack. Bathrooms are great. If you plan to bring grandparents, or if you have issues with your knees, be aware of this - to reach the entrance of the condo, there are 24 stairs (condo is built over retail). Then, inside the condo, there are 20 more steep stairs to reach the bedrooms. This was no problem for us, but I kept thinking of our extended family who would have had a problem with all the stairs. Management - THANK YOU for making this a pet friendly condo. Also, thank you for supplying basic cleaning supplies, like dish and dishwasher soap and kitchen towel. This is very helpful. This condo is right next door to a grocery store and a great Italian restaurant. We'll stay here again if/when we return to Winter Park.

Everything was great, but the garbage disposal is not wired properly and Hass to be operated from the breaker panel. I’m sure you’ll fix that. Other than that everything was great.
