Premium Unit 4371- Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe

Adorable studio on the amenity deck of Founders Pointe offers easy access to the patio hot tub and stunning views of the mountain. This studio has a queen size bed with a sofa sleeper that pulls out next to it. The galley kitchen is perfect for stopping in for lunch and to enjoy a drink in front of the gas burning fireplace. The homeowner has added many personal touches for guests to enjoy and you will feel like you are home away from home.


HOT TUB CLOSURE: The Fraser Crossing Founders Pointe common area amenity decks are undergoing a complete renovation with new hot tubs and amenities. As a result, the decks, hot tubs, and grills may not be available during your stay. We anticipate the amenities deck at Founders Pointe to open by December 15th and anticipate the Fraser Crossing amenities deck to open by December 30th. Fraser Crossing guests will be able to access the Founders Pointe amenities deck once it is open too.
Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $21/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned parking.
