This cozy three-level Timber Ridge townhome is nestled in a private wooded setting close to Main Street. Located on the Alpine Trail with mountain biking and hiking just outside the front door. Wolf Park is only a short walk away with tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball net, a playground, picnic tables and a spectacular view. The main level features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and an updated fully equipped kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat-screen HDTV for relaxing after your mountain adventures.  

The open master bedroom is located upstairs in the loft with an attached bathroom and vanity, this loft bedroom overlooks the living room. The lower level of the townhome has 2 bedrooms each with its own full bath, one with a queen bed and another with a twin over full bunk.

From Winter Park to Grand Lake, Fraser Valley is a year round playground and offers the best of the Rockies- including our very own 14er: Byers Peak! And is an incredible basecamp to enjoy all that Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, or Winter Park Ski Resort has to offer plus quaint towns, where you can dine, shop and more.

Our location, tucked against the Continental Divide, ensures dependable snow all winter long. Skiers and snowboarders will be happy with two downhill resorts, learn-to-ski-and-ride parks, and four cross-country resorts with miles of groomed tracks.

There’s indoor recreation at the Grand Park Community Recreation Center, including a climbing wall, pools, a waterslide, an indoor gym, and more. Great Place
It was a great place for us. We enjoyed our stay, and the park and hiking trail is near by. If you are going in the summer it does not have an AC so just be prepared to live with the windows open!

4th of July fun!
We had a blast!! This property was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Management was super helpful and replied to your texts within a timely manner and we even booked another day. Our daughter loved being able to go on hikes and we spent most of our trip outdoors. Would highly recommend!

Great place to be if not at the mountain
We were in the unit closest to the driveway so getting up to the bus stop was a breeze. The condo itself was spacious and a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. Getting out of the driveway was a issue without 4WD, so it would be nice to have more ice/snow control.

Excellent!
Very spacious, very clean, updated finishes, good layout, great kitchen and dining spaces. The condo is conveniently located right off the free shuttle orange line to the mountain. We would snap into our skis as the bus dropped us off and ski down to the condo at the end of the day for one last slash! Each bedroom space has its own bathroom which was great. Perfect for families. Hope to rent again at some point.

Nice, but missing a few things.
This was a nice condo, but needs just a few more extras for the cost. As Colorado is, very dry and no humidifiers. No TV's in bedrooms. Snow plowing and shoveling the minimum. So uphill exit and porch steps were ice.

Clean and Comfortable
This was a nice and well proportioned condo for me, my mom and my 13 year old daughter. We were here so my daughter could compete in the US MTB cycling national championship at the resort, and the condo was a perfect location for us. Also great we each had our own bed and bathroom, with the kitchen living space as our central get together area. Appreciated the quick response from the rental company when we had some issues with burnt out lights and the BBQ - the issues were solved quickly and thoroughly. My only complaint was how close this condo was to the train tracks - literally just a couple of hundred feet away - and how often the trains went by. We definitely were awoken by trains in the late evening and early morning, which wasn't great. That said, knowling now about the trains, I may stay here again provided the price doesn't go up.

Wonderful Place!
This location is fantastic. 5 minutes from anything you need to get to (stores, resort, town, etc). Set up of the home was great for us, we had 6 adults (all couples) so it was wonderful to each have our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Definitely need 4WD but we didn’t have an issue in a Tahoe or an explorer. They had plenty of pots/pans/utensils and it was nice to have dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Would love a few extra towels and a rug at the front door for our boots!! Overall, we would love to return here!! Areas of Improvement: After a day on the slopes, hot water ran out quickly if everyone tried to shower immediately on returning home, so split your showers up. If would have been helpful to note in the listing that the coffee pot is a standard one NOT a keurig or K-cup machine. Didn’t make or break our stay but would have been nice to plan ahead. The downstairs bedroom with the bunk beds NEEDS MORE LIGHTING. It was very annoying to try and dig through your bag in early morning hours or nights with a single lamp for the room (second lamp didn’t work and had to practically live off the bathroom light). Also, all rooms would have benefitted from a place to put clothes. Maybe some dressers in the closet or somewhere other than the floors to put our bags. There was no grill. Or at least we couldn’t find it yet it was on the listing.

The home is located very close to town, yet in a quiet and secluded forest setting. Perfect for a weekend getaway or ski trip during the winter. Well maintained property and excellent communication with the property manager.

This was a nice townhouse with three bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own en suite which was very nice. The unit was clean and had lots of natural light. We loved watching the trains go by from the kitchen window. There was a wonderful trail close by that lead to a pretty city park.

Overall good experience minus one thing. The entire patio off the living room is frozen over, I'm talking a 3 foot high block of ice coving the entire patio useless. This was pretty frustrating, as I paid to be able to use the patio.

Great place to stay!!
The home was just as described and very convenient to Winter Park. It did seem isolated and was quiet which was very nice. It was very clean as well! We struggled a bit with the door lock but once we figured it out, it was great. We under utilized it just because we were not there much, but would stay there again.
