Red Quill Village is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park near bars, restaurants, and shopping. The free wintertime ski resort shuttle stop is just down the street. The old Idlewild ski area with great hiking trails is just one and a half miles from the front door. This condo is the perfect location for summer and winter visitors–come warmer months, you'll be within walking distance to all the Winter Park music festivals. The free shuttle can get you to both of the grocery stores in case you need to stock up on delicious groceries and treats: Safeway in Fraser is two and a half miles away and Fireside Market is perhaps .2 of a mile away. Both are on the shuttle route.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
