Beautiful, remodeled condo in downtown Winter Park. Amazing location and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries, distilleries, bakeries, a market, and more. Walk to concerts at Hideaway Park in the summer months; in the winter months, catch the bus right outside our door to hit the slopes! Our condo is a first floor, end unit with direct access to the river and miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. Grab a chair and a cocktail or set up your corn hole boards in the grassy area by the river. Enjoy the modern Recreation Center with an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pool table, and fitness room. We've put our hearts into making this your home away from home and we look forward to hosting you!

Really enjoyed our stay
Excellent setup for our family which includes 3 young kids. The amenities in the complex were great and we really enjoyed being able to walk along the river to get to Hideaway Park and the restaurant/shopping areas.

Team bonding get away

Perfect Experience in Winterpark
This should be on your short list of considerations if you are looking at WP. Conventient to everything. This Condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds. My family of 6 had everything we needed to make it a special weekend. Kerry is truly a super duper host! Went over and beyond in communication and flexibility. Highly recommend this place!

Property was exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated and extremely clean. Location was perfect for skiing, shopping, dining & hanging out. Hot tubs, pool and pool table at the rec center got a fair amount of use. Easy to tell that the owners take pride in their property. Communication with Kerry was excellent. Highly recommend!

Ski trip with my adult children. Great location near downtown and easy to get to ski hill. Place had a great kitchen and dining area. We used thw hot tub in the rec center! Would stay here again!

Comfy beds, immaculate condo, unbeatable location
I really don't want to say how wonderful this condo is, because I'd like to book it again for our next ski vacation :) I have stayed in many rentals, and this is one of my all time favorites- the hosts were excellent at communication and had thought of so many little things to make our stay wonderful- from having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, to emergency toothbrushes, books and a good selection of board games. Also- the BEDS WERE SO GREAT- wonderful bedding and very comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked, and you could tell this has been a treasured rental for many :) Hope to stay again soon!

Best Place to stay!!
This is our 3rd year in a row to stay at the same condo. The host are absolutely wonderful and always respond so quickly if a need arises. The condo is clean and well stocked, comfortable beds & great tiled showers. There was 5 of us and very comfortable. The back balcony is right on the Frasier & a few steps from the running creek. Perfect!!!!

Great spot!
This is a great spot in the heart of Winter Park! Easy walk into town. Unit is right on the river with nice back patio. Ground floor so can walk out to the river. Unit was very clean & well stocked. Owners were super responsive on any pre-arrival questions & have great local knowledge. Check in process very easy. Will stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying in this same condo and we love it there. The owners are wonderful if you ever need anything, quick response time. But everything was great and we didn't need anything. We would definitely stay here again. The place is very comfortable and worked for 5 adults just fine. The showers are amazing and the kitchen worked great for several family breakfast and dinners. The porch over looking the river stream is fantasitic and the recreation center with pool/hot tub was perfect after a long day of fly fishing. 5 stars all the way!!!

Cozy condo on the river
Condo is exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our group of five adults. Each bedroom had plenty of room for luggage & beds were equally comfortable. Living area was cozy for watching movies or playing cards. Kitchen had everything we needed. What I loved the most was the view from the balcony. Beautiful creek running just behind the property was very picturesque & relaxing. Unit was very quiet even though it was spring break & building was full. Awesome place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for a weekend away with friends. The rec center was a great escape after skiing and family friendly. I would recommend this property for anyone with young children.
