The kitchen is fully stocked, there are brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay fun and comfortable.

The Space:

This home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has one king bed and the bunk room has a queen, a twin, and a pullout trundle bed.

Bedroom 1 - The spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed.
Bedroom 2 - This stylish bedroom offers a bunk bed that has a queen size on bottom, a twin on top, and a pullout trundle underneath.

You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and another bathroom with a shower tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, a Keurig and coffee maker. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 6 guests! ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK! Winter Park Resort in only 6 minutes away and the FREE local “Lift” bus system will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes lifts for skiing, boarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping and dining. A swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, rock climbing wall, gymnasium ad children’s playground. The Foundry is also in walking distance through the Fraser Trail with a bowling alley and movie theatre. In the summer walk on over to High-Note Thursdays-a free summer concert series in the Rendezvous Event Center less than a mile away! Walking distance to the award-winning Adventures Decanted Wine Bar.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood. Hop on the free shuttle to spend the day on the slopes at Winter Park resort. Take a walk along the Fraser River Trail or a short stroll to Hideaway Park.

Getting Around:
A vehicle is the best way to navigate from this property since you are located in a mountain town. There are Ubers & Lyfts available in this area if needed as well and there is plenty of parking on the street for your own private car.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Winter Park, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
