As this is our personal residence, it is only occasionally available for rent, and you'll find our personal touches throughout, including in the closets. We manage several properties, so you can enjoy the unique charm of a personal home with the convenience of professional management. Arcade with 17,000 games. Large Hot tub. Fireplace. 5 Bathrooms. 2 Large fridges. Spices and condiments included. Parking for 6 vehicles. Pool table with a ping pong table topper. 2 pullout couches.

Quick escape from the city
I've been renting from Brittany and Will for a very long time. Their properties are the only ones I choose from when I'm in the Winter Park area. They are by far the easiest to communicate with of any property owners that I have rented from. As well, all of their homes are easily the best bang for your buck for a large group. There are not many homes that can accommodate large groups where everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. This trip was seamless for my party of 10.

Great for large families
We needed a place capable of hosting 16 people. With such easy access to public transportation, it made it very easy for everyone to get up and down to the slopes. Great communication by the host.
