We stayed for a short weekend with our dog. The cabin was cozy and perfect for the stay. Perfect place for any outdoor fun! The lodge has a good atmosphere!
We had a great time fishing. Did not have any luck on Barker lake but found great fishing in surrounding area. The cabin is old but very clean. Joe was a wonderful host.
It looks smaller on the outside then it is on the inside. It was perfect for our group. The 3 rooms with bunks were great! The manger was amazing we got there a little early and he let us check in early then we had a couple little issues we needed help with and he rushed right over to help us. I loved the big kitchen table for all of us to sit around and eat family style. We all enjoyed the basement game room and hot tub.

Would not go back
Needs serious upgrading. Entire property looked like a junkyard. No towels or wash cloths for cleaning up or doing dishes.
Cozy, cute, spotless cabin. Peaceful and beautiful location. The Lodge has excellent food (street tacos yum!) and service. The owner Joe is so personable and knowledgeable. Had a boat ready for us. Made us feel like friends, not guests. We will definitely be back!
We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we got to the property we were greeted with such a warm welcome! The hospitality was beyond what we could’ve expected! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful Lake
Our host was very accommodating and went to some trouble to provide us with a boat. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed catching some nice fish, especially big cats. I appreciate the kindness of our host.
