"Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "

"This hotel is in very good location being close to train station and meeting places for tours . We arrived very late at night via train and wanted to walk to the hotel (supposedly 5 minutes away) but directions were very difficult to follow for some reason . We took the taxi instead and the driver could not find the hotel and got lost 😮. We had to be transferred to another taxi. There’s area beyond the hotel that’s not safe so you want to avoid that area . The staff at front desk was very...

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"

"Great location just 5-10 mins walk from Zurich Main Station, great value for money, easy walk to loads of great bars and restaurants etc. The room was loads bigger than other Easy Hotels we have stayed in...Birmingham, London and Lisbon. I would stay here agin if I was in Zurich again."
