Great wine country visit

We stayed at the house for barrel tasting in Sonoma County. It was perfectly located for all the wineries. The kitchen was very well stocked for anything you could possibly want. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Great Windsor Stay

The house is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of blankets and towels, Bed is very comfortable. Kim provided clear and quick communication when contacted.

Great Quiet Location Near the Wine Country

The home was very comfortable and clean. The location was near restaurants and a short drive to Somona's Russian River and Dry Creek wine regions. The kitchen was well appointed. If available, we would rent the home again.

Perfect Wine Country Getaway

Small, comfortable, convenient!

Cozy little spot that was close to 101 and easy access to shopping. Reasonably quiet neighborhood with a small green space right across the street. I stayed for the LS100K, so I didn’t really spend much time there. The appliances were nice, it looked like there was a community pool and the price was right.

My husband and I loved this property. It was private and quiet, with an easy check in process. We felt safe and it had a very well equipped kitchen! Their were wonderful walking trails close by, and also very close to MANY wonderful wineries. Being able to park in the garage was a bonus, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Sister's Weekend

The house was amazing and had everything one could want or need. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with a keyed community pool and spa nearby. The close proximity to Highway 101 was perfect for visiting Santa Rosa and Healdsburg. Kim was extremely accommodating and a wonderful hostess. The pastries and coffee were unexpected and appreciated. We were at the house during the last huge storm and Kim stayed in contact throughout. We will stay there again for sure.

Definitely worth your attention

This was the perfect selection for me and my family. The location and access to Sonoma and Napa is truly awesome. Her space is perfect layout and clean and works for 2-4 guests. Nearby shopping center also ideal. Quiet but offers walking and pool if that is your desire. Kim collaborates with her guests and attended to our needs. She takes time and care for sure!

The most beautiful neighborhood!

This was such a great home and area for us to stay in. My husband and I had a wedding to attend and brought my mom to watch the toddler while we were gone. There are so many trees and pathways to walk and explore they had a blast! The home was so clean, no dust cobwebs or any mess in any corners, the cleanest place I have ever rented. Had some trouble unlocking the door and the owner immediately came thru the ring doorbell to help us. Instructions for checkout were simple and clear! Thank you so much.

Most excellent stay in Windsor, CA

The property on Buena Tierra Way in Windsor was perfect for our trip to Sonoma wine country. Its central location in the valley and the high quality of the accommodations made for a most memorable experience. The grounds of the property were beautiful and extremely well-kept. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices and other items required for cooking. Our host also left some treats for us on arrival that were much appreciated. All the rooms in the house were very clean and all the appliances in fine working order; the availability of a washer and dryer were particularly helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the property to others wishing to stay in the Sonoma area.

Lovely Home

The beautiful little house met all of our needs. Very clean, up-to-date, well-stocked and super convenient. The lovely front lawn is very welcoming. The deck and backyard landscaping is wonderful! The neighborhood is beautiful, all the homes are occupied and well-maintained. Incredible walking/hiking trails are only one block away. We did a few day trips to wineries in the area and our trips were all short. Kim (the home owner) is lovely, friendly and always available. We found the mattress in one of the bedrooms a bit too soft for our old backs, but the mattress in the second bedroom was perfect. I can't recommend this property any higher!

Winery Trip

We arrived on a Tuesday and I entered an incorrect access code. (My fault) Instantly Kim came on the doorbell remotely and asked who I was, asked what code I was using and messaged me the correct code. The location was great for exploring the wineries in the area. The house was perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Kim even left a gift card to local bakery where got some wonderful pastries! My friends had one small recommendation, and that was for lighter lampshades in the smaller bedrooms so there would be more light. We will definitely return!

Affordable Sonoma County Location

This is a pleasant suburban house. For those who want to cook, it has a very well-appointed kitchen and a nice backyard with nice furniture. It is further mopre isolated than some of the downtown Santa Rosa or Healdsburg listings and so not as walkable, but ideally situated between the two so going to either is just a short drive. Check-in was great - fresh cookies on arrival - yum! Bed was very comfortable. Had a very pleasant weekend. Nice!
