"I thought that our room was not cleaned well at all. There were hairs in the bathroom and debris on the floor throughout the room. There was no soap for the bathroom sink, no extra toilet paper, and no regular coffee packets in the kitchenette area. I would still consider staying here again because of the convenient location, but I would look around for other options first."

"For a Cleveland area location, it seemed nice and safe. There is a Whole Foods very close. They have free breakfast and dinner. The pool and whirlpool were nice and both were a good temperature. We were very happy with the stay. Beds were comfortable for us, on the soft side of normal."
