"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and in the perfect location for our trip. Check in was super easy and they even had a perfectly put together book giving us insight on businesses in the area to visit. We had an issue with the hot water on the first day we were there and the home owners responded quickly and fixed the issue that day. All in all it was wonderful! We home to be back in the future!"

"We had a very pleasant stay on the river. Everyone enjoyed the pool, fire pit and fishing off the dock. Our favorite time was having family dinners poolside. The experience was enhanced by the home's mix of historic charm and modern amenities. We would definitely visit again!"

"The property is well situated on the land to take advantage the views of the water. Sitting in the master bedroom and looking out onto the water is magical. The host has everything you could need to make meals if your bring food. The grill works great for steaks. We did not use the hot tub but it was nice and warm if we had wanted to. "I knew when I found this listing that I may have uncovered a hidden gem and I was right! We stayed just for a long weekend but everything was cozy and the local towns were so friendly. We definitely enjoyed White Dog Bistro, Southwind Pizza and Richardsons. Even though we ate out most of our time, the house had most of the essentials if you chose to cook there. The hot tub and fire pit were favorites, we stopped at Food Lion just to get Marshmallows to roast. My husband caught lots of fish...
