The perimeter of the property is also protected by electrified fencing ensuring a safe environment.
The apartment has its’ own separate private entrance, which leads into the fully furnished lounge equipped with a flat screen TV linked to the full premier bouquet of DSTV channels. 4G Wi-Fi is also free.
Adjacent to the lounge is the bedroom with ample cupboard space and a Queen size bed.
A passage leads to the kitchen fully equipped with hob, microwave, perculator, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.
A dining island with four bar chairs is included. Adjacent is the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.
As smoking is prohibited in the apartment a smoking area with umbrella and patio furniture is provided.
A separate lapa with terrazzo table and benches to seat six is available at the barbeque/braai area for use by our guests.
