Welcome to Lynell Ridge! This beautiful spacious single story Vineyard Farmhouse Property gives you calming sense of being away from it all but really just 10 minutes to anything you want! Located on the east tip of Temecula Wine Country.
Close to such Temecula Top Wineries as Akash, Faulkner, LongShadow Ranch, Lorimar, South Coast, Ponte, Wiens and more! Also close to wedding venues such as Peltzer Farms & Villa de Amore, and Lake Oak Meadows this single story over 2700sqft home is very comfortable for family & friends to enjoy together when away on vacation.
The open floor plan accommodates with a Kitchen that allows the cook or cooks to engage still with all of the living areas of the home! With Granite Counter tops, stainless steel appliances and farm sink that over looks the great view of the Lynell Ridge Property. The Large Living Room with 60" TV & large sectional sofa with DVD player is great for a relaxing movie night! Our possibly a big sporting event on TV for all the party to enjoy! We also have a separate great room with another TV and couches for the "kids" to hang out in that can be closed off! 2 of the couches are Full size futon beds that can sleep 2 - 4 additional people.
Dinning Room is right off the kitchen and has seating for 8 plus another 4 that can set at the bar & watch the cook!
All of the 4 bedrooms are located together in a separate wing of the home that is away from the Living Areas making it very private. The Master Bedroom is complete with also a TV & CalKing Bed, this bedroom has a private bath with claw tub and extra large separate shower with subtle. Master Bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens direct to patio.
The Bedroom #2 located next to Master also has a CalKing Bed and sliding glass doors direct to the pool. Bedroom #3 is located next to #2 and also has a CalKing Bed and sliding glass door direct to pool area. Bedroom #4 is at the end of the hall and is our smallest bedroom with a Queen Size bed and no sliding glass door. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway off all the 3 additional bedrooms that have double vanity. We also have additional 3rd bathroom around the corner with large shower and a powder bathroom behind the kitchen. With 4 bathrooms makes the home very comfortable for a party of 8 to 12.
Right off the Living Room, Dining Room, and Great Room we have sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio that has BBQ island. We also have a pingpong & pool table as well as Corn Hole in the garage!
Our Salt Water Pool Pool is located on the side of the home is offers great protection as it is separately gated area. Pool great to swim laps, play or relax! Please note that our pool does not have heating available, there is a solar heater but it we can not guarantee water temp with that. Our home is located on over 2 acreages of land that is all usable so if traveling with kids or you want to set up for volley ball our sprawling land offers so much!!
Our home does only operate as a Vacation Rental and we do not allow any events. We do have a max capacity of 12 people on the property at 1 time. Our home is for relaxing and enjoyment but not for loud parties to respect our neighbors that although we are located on land neighbors still within view.

Christmas in Temecula
We had a wonderful stay here over the holiday in Temecula with family! Great location near all the wineries and only 20 mins to old town! Such a memorable trip for us all. Love how the home was decorated for the holiday ( such a nice touch) that we didn't expect and great communication if we needed anything. Thank you!

Time at Temecula
We had a lovely stay at this location. It was bigger than we thought and a perfect location for a large group or a smaller group which was us a we had two adults and a small dog. The location was super homey and awesome for our small dog. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back especially if we had a larger group. It was super close to the many wineries and groceries that we purchased. We had an absolute wonderful time and would come back again.

Great property and close to everything
This spacious property provides interior gathering spaces, large kitchen, pool and plenty of outdoor private space and yet is still amazingly close to many wineries and activities. Of note, Miramonte has a terrific outdoor patio and wonderful food and wine! Several wineries are dog friendly, but check ahead of time. And if you want a bit of adventure, go visit the Alpacas! Property manager is very responsive. hand off of property was simple and instructions very clear. Great stay overall!

Wonderful for Family
We loved the house and the location was great. Get up in the mornings and watch the hot air balloons fly over and teenagers had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Adult’s definitely enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Next time we come to visit my family there we are definitely going to try to rent the house again. I did rent a Harley and was nice to be able to have a garage to pull it in too plenty of room. Owners were great with communication as well while we were there. Loved the house Loved the area and had some great sunsets to finish the day

Wonderful Stay
We were in Temecula to visit family and this home was perfect for our needs. The pool was great, so very clean! And they had pool toys for us to use. The pool was warm as the summer days were HOT, and the pool is also solar panel heated, so while it wasn't super refreshing from like 1-4pm, it was great in the mornings and evenings. We loved that the bedrooms were separate from the living area spaces. We were on eastern time and the kids needed to go to bed early, so it was a wonderful setup that they had quiet bedroom spaces. The beds were the best beds we've had in any rental...seriously, they were outstanding. Everyone commented, my parents and our kids :) We also used the pool table and ping pong tables a ton, what a fun addition and such a highlight to have an indoor activity when the sun was just too hot. The rental had great laundry machines and everything was clean and orderly. Thank you so much for our stay, we had a wonderful time!

Disappointed - Faulty AC - Rodents
Reserved the house for my family to attend my son's wedding. My relatives rented 5 different places. Ours was the only one that had problems. The house itself is nice and big. Easily accommodates a large group. But we had problems with the AC and there were rodents in the house. It was 114 the day we checked in. The AC was fixed 19 hours after we reported it. I caught the rodents with supplied glue sticks which means they were still alive and I had to dispose of them. There were rodent droppings under the kitchen sink cabinet which means the rodents had been there for a while. Because of the rodents we couldn't leave food out and we couldn't allow my granddaughter to crawl on the floor. I asked for a partial refund/credit or something for the hassle. The property manager politely refused. With fees, taxes, I paid over $700/night for 4 nights and was told basically tough luck. Their rental agreement says they are not responsible if the AC breaks down and no refunds will be give. Even when it's 114 outside? I reported it to VRBO. They said they would get back to me but I haven't heard anything. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with issues at the place you rented to sleep.

Small issues overall good stay
This house is located in the hills overlooking what will soon be multiple winery vineyards. It is accurately depicted except for the pool which is not heated. That being said the water was still manageable for our group and the back deck is a highlight of the property. The kitchen is in great shape with new appliances. A small drawback is that it is not stocked with leftover supplies which means if you want or need something (with the exception of dishwasher soap, a small supply of detergent, and a small supply of garbage bags) you have to buy it. Also be careful of the step from the kitchen table to the living room. The major issue we had was with the grill. The grill did not work and it was clear from the cleanliness of the grill and outdoor sink (which I have documented with pictures) that it hadnt been checked before our arrival. When asked about a fix it took until the following day to get a lighter to light it because the igniter was broken. The majority of the door locks (including bedrooms that opened to the pool) did not work which caused the need for wooden posts to be placed in the jam to prevent opening. Needless to say a huge safety risk. The communication with the property manager about these issues was passive aggressive threatening in nature (have the texts still). Overall I would recommend this property with fingers crossed nothing goes wrong and you don’t have to communicate with the property manager.

Weekend Stay for Family Wedding
Our family of 4 joined with my sister's family of 4, for a weekend stay for a family wedding at the nearby Falkner Winery. The house was perfect for the 4 adults and 4 children, ranging in age from 5-8 years old. This time of year was unfortunate for the consistent swarms of wasps and hornets at the pool, but the host was responsive with our complaints. Although we weren't able to use the pool very much, the interior space made up for it. There was ample room to spread our wings and more than enough space for everyone to sleep in a bed. I would recommend this place. There were a few things here and there that could make it perfect, but we tried to help as much as possible by emptying random trash from bedroom vanities and in the yard/garage. Heck, I even deep cleaned both coffee machines. But we strive to leave places better than we found them. Awesome spot nearby all the wineries and only a few minutes from local eateries. Nice, wide-open place!
