House with two floors located in a quiet area, 400 meters as the crow flies from the sea - ground floor lounge, kitchen open to dining room, entrance hall and toilet. Enclosed garden with terrace. In the first 2 bedrooms (children's room with 2 x 2 bunk beds and a parental room with a bed of 1m60) and a bathroom. In the second, a mezzanine that serves as a 3rd bedroom with BZ (convertible into 2 beds of 1m40).

Notre troisiĆØme sĆ©jour dans cette mĆŖme maison et je pense que ce ne sera pas le dernier. L'avantage de revenir Ć  chaque fois au mĆŖme endroit est que l'on connait mieux la routine d'arrivĆ©e et de dĆ©part et le fonctionnement de l'ensemble, c'est un peu comme revenir chez soi. Il nous faut encore faire un essai en hiver ;-)

simple et pratique lorsque l'on est avec un chien. Chants des oiseaux trĆØs agrĆ©able et voisinage sympathique. Par contre impossible de regarder un film par mauvais temps, le son de la tĆ©lĆ©vision est trĆØs faible mĆŖme Ć  son maximum ou bien les tĆ©lĆ©commandes sont trop compliquĆ©es (l'une d'entre elle est collante)? je ne sais pas mais cela n'a en rien gĆ¢chĆ© notre sĆ©jour. ;-)

Literie fatiguĆ©e Salle de douche a refaire : pente inversĆ©e de l Ć©coulement , joint silicone sur moisissures Cuisine inappropriĆ©e pour une famille : juste un bac evier pas d Ć©gouttoir, pas de plan de travail, vaisselle disparate Terrasse dangereuse : lames de bois et vis qui ressortent Et aucune attention de bienvenue du propriĆ©taire. On sent l intĆ©rĆŖt financier et non le souci de bien-ĆŖtre pour les locataires

Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour. La maison est bien amĆ©nagĆ©e, bien Ć©quipĆ©e et propre. Nous avons juste trouvĆ© le lave-vaisselle un peu petit. Attention Ć  l'escalier du 2e Ć©tage, raide, Ć©troit et dangereux. Une gare est toute proche, pratique si l'on arrive par les rails. Le bruit des trains est lĆ©ger et ne nous a pas dĆ©rangĆ©. Nos enfants Ć©taient mĆŖme ravis de les voir passer. Nous avons particuliĆØrement apprĆ©ciĆ© l'accĆØs rapide Ć  pied au centre ville et Ć  la plage. Merci Ć  la propriĆ©taire, trĆØs rĆ©active pour rĆ©pondre Ć  toute question.

Jardinet avec barbecue (les ustensiles sont dans le tiroir sous le four) agrĆ©able mais trĆØs ombragĆ©. BĆ©mols: le robinet est posĆ© trop loin de l'Ć©vier, le plan des lavabos est trop large, le coffre contenant le store de la chambre parentale claque en cas de vent fort et rĆ©veille rĆ©guliĆØrement.
