Bel appartement spacieux, ou nous avons passĆ© un sĆ©jour trĆØs agrĆ©able. IdĆ©alement placĆ© dans la rue commerƧante et non loin de la digue. Lā€™arrĆŖt de bus est juste devant la porte. Bel appartement ,trĆØs spacieux. TrĆØs bien situĆ©, tous est Ć  proximitĆ©,commerces,restaurants et plage. Etant dans la rue principale ,il faut chercher un stationnement dans les autres rues . Autre inconvĆ©nient il faut se servir des poubelles des commerces qui se trouvent dans la rue, pas toujours accessible. Jusque la rien de trop dĆ©rangeant. Le plus gĆŖnant Ć  Ć©tĆ© l'arrivĆ©e de l'agent d'entretien Ć  8h45 et une libĆ©ration souhaitĆ© par la propriĆ©taire ,Ć  9h00 ,avisĆ© l'avant veille lors de notre appel, alors que sur abritel il Ć©tait notĆ© que le dĆ©part pouvait se faire jusque 11h00. Le sĆ©jour fut moines trĆØs agrĆ©able et pourquoi pas Ć  refaire en se mettant d'accord par avance sur l'heure de restitution du logement.

Mieten Sie diese Wohnung NICHT!!!! Die Vermieter und die Wohnung sind nicht zumutbar!!
Es sollte nach einer persƶnlich schwierigen Zeit und Covid unser erster schƶner Urlaub werden, den Vermietern haben wir jedoch ein 8-tƤgiges Desaster zu verdanken. Zusammengefasst: - Die Wohnung war Ć¼berall untragbar verdreckt: TierhaarbĆ¼schel auf dem Boden, Essensreste auf dem Esstisch, alte KrĆ¼mel und Flecken zwischen den Sofasitzkissen, jedes MƶbelstĆ¼ck, Bilder + Lampen total verstaubt, die KĆ¼che verklebt und verkrustet, sowohl der Backofen, Toaster, sogar der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschinen (wovon eine kaputt war) als auch in den SchrƤnken. In einigen RĆ¼ckstƤnden in den SchrƤnken haben wir kleine tote Krabbeltiere identifiziert, ALLE Matratzen und Decken Ć¼bersƤht von Haaren und gelben Flecken, das Badezimmer (als krƶnender Abschluss) Ć¼berhaupt nicht gereinigt, FƤkalienspuren + benutztes Toilettenpapier auf und unter der Toilettenbrille, verschmierte DuschewƤnde + Haare + Zahnpasta Flecken im Waschbecken und auf dem Spiegelschrank. Das war nur ein Auszug, Nachweise in Form von umfangreichem Bildmaterial liegen vor. Die Wohnung wurde seit Wochen nicht gereinigt. - Branchenspezifische Gesundheitsleitlinien und Reinigung mit Desinfektionsmitteln, wie im Inserat angegeben, ist zu 100% nicht erfolgt ā€“ das ist eine glatte LĆ¼ge!!! - 4 Tage, von insg. 8 Tagen, gab es kein Gas, also kein warmes Wasser und die Heizung war ebenfalls ausgefallen - Am Abend des zweiten Tages wurde uns ein billiger Elektroofen ins Wohnzimmer gestellt, sodass wir weiterhin in der restlichen Wohnung und vor Allem in der Nacht frieren mussten, bzw. mehrere KleidungsstĆ¼cke Ć¼bereinander ziehen mussten. Erst am 5. Tag kam ein Handwerker, um das Gasproblem zu lƶsen. - Einen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehƶrt gibt es definitiv nicht, das ist eine falsche Angabe, man muss sich drauƟen einen suchen, was sich als sehr schwierig erwies. - Beide sprechen kein Deutsch und auch kein Englisch (wie im Inserat angegeben), die Sprachen beherrscht nur der Sohn, der aber nicht immer erreichbar ist und somit keine richtige Konversation mƶglich ist (noch nicht einmal auf Englisch) - Die Vermieter haben uns ganz eindeutig betrogen und nicht die Wahrheit inseriert, denn die Wohnung hƤtte in dem Zustand niemals vermietet werden dĆ¼rfen. Ich hƤtte es als ā€žunglĆ¼ckliche UmstƤndeā€œ abgehakt, wenn die Vermieter die besprochene ANTEILIGE RĆ¼ckerstattung geleistet hƤtten, sobald wir aber abgereist waren, hat sich niemand mehr auf meine Nachrichten gemeldet und das Geld habe ich bis heute nicht gesehen.

appartement propre et spacieux, en centre ville dans la rue principale assez passante, donc proche des commerces et de la mer; tout se fait Ć  pied sans problĆØme; boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble. Petit soucis avec la pression d'eau , pas rĆ©solu lors de notre dĆ©part, difficile de trouver un plombier Ć  cette Ć©poque de l'annĆ©e.

Nous avons rĆ©servĆ© ce logement pour y passer une semaine en famille avec des petits enfants. Nous n'y sommes pas restĆ©s plus d'une nuit. DĆØs l'arrivĆ©e dans les lieux, nous avons Ć©tĆ© incommodĆ©s par les odeurs de moisissure et de pain industriel, nous n'avons pas tenu plus d'une nuit dans cet Ć©coeurement. Certains mur moisis et des odeur de gaz nous on dĆ©finitivement dissuadĆ©s de prolonger notre sĆ©jour dans cette ville pourtant prometteuse. Nous avons du mal Ć  imaginer que ce logement puisse satisfaire Ć  d'autres voyageurs que des baroudeurs ou des personnes peu scrupuleuse de leur bien ĆŖtre... La propriĆ©taire n'ayant jamais reconnu ses torts et l'Ć©tat de son logement, nous n'avons jamais rĆ©cupĆ©rĆ© notre location! Wimereux restera dĆ©finitivement un point noir dans l'historique de nos vacances.

Appartement bien situĆ©, proche commerces et restaurants et Ć  200 mĆØtres de la mer. BĆ¢timent ancien mais qui fait aussi le charme de l'appartement.
