Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. "This is a lovely flat in the centre of Swanage. Ideal for the beach and the shops. Very comfortable and well equipped. Owners were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us. It is not suitable for anyone with disability due to steps/ stairs- good exercise though! "
