"The hotel was a stone's throw distance from the Luxembourg train station, about 5 minutes walk. We arrived past midnight, and it was very convenient that the hotel has 24-hour check-in. Standard double room was spacious, beds had ultra-thick mattresses and were very comfortable. The bath/shower was spotless and had very modern features. I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is fine for a one night stop over. Its location is above a shopping Mall if you enter from the front of the street you have to get a lift up to reception which was a surprise when we arrived. Parking is very easy and is round the back of the hotel so you can enter the hotel at the rear direct into the reception. Location is perfect with everything within walking distance. "

"My family and I had a nice stay at Mama shelter. It was a quick walk and even quicker tram ride from the Pfaffenthan-kirchberg train stop. The hotel workers were friendly and held our bags until we were able to check in. They gave us ideas about things to do in the area as well as some restaurants. "Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum. "Friendly and helpful owners. Dog friendly property and location (spacious garden) Cleanliness and condition of the property were so so. The furniture, kitchen and shower could need an update. Shower wasn’t properly working (lukewarm water). Location is great. After some adjustments and updates this could be a great property."

Highly Recommend!

"This motel is a hidden gem, the welcome was extremely warm as was the service. Very professional staff, extremely helpful providing great facilities which are very clean. Breakfast was very well presented with fresh produce etc. There is a mini supermarket underneath the motel which has regional products and an incredible range. Do not be put off by the adjacent petrol station, it provides ample parking and your car is watched over by CCTV. The location is very close to the main square and within easy walk of all shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again! "

GOOD LOCATION IN QUIET QUARTER

"I have stayed at this hotel several times because of its quiet and convenient location to the town centre which is only a few minutes walk away. A simple self-service breakfast is provided with a good selection of warm food, pastries, breads and cheeses etc. The bedrooms are a generous size with coffee making facilities and a convenient fridge."
