"After initial issues (couldn't check in before 5pm as place hadn't been cleaned most likely due to a power outage) everything was cleaned.The house is really nice. And perfect for a relaxed trip.It could be even better with an upgraded stove/cooking area.But location and the peaceful location with its beautiful strangler fig and glossy black cockatoos visiting make this a good place."

"Had a 2 night stay at the hotel resort in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment, looked exactly like the online pic showed. Large, very clean and comfortable. Beachy decor that we liked. No elevator but no problem for us, should request lower level if you have mobility problems. Had 2 parking spots in a covered garage which was included.Our room overlooked the pool which we used and saw them clean that and pool deck both nights. Would have loved to stay longer. "We arrived after hours check in on a Sunday (finishes at 2pm), and it was really easy to follow the instructions the hotel gave us. We were in room 20, which was on the corner, making it really quiet and private. It was perfect. Quiet, lovely balcony area, clean and spacious. We loved that the bedroom was upstairs. "When we arrived at the reception office, we were told that they had upgraded us to a lake view cabin which we didn’t expect and so that was so kind of them to do so. The staff were very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this holiday park and we would definitely use them again when we get back to Byron."

"Great central location, although not a good view if that is important to you. Feels kind of “back-alley” but super close to the main shopping area in Byron. Clean, always smelled so good! Was nervous about the noise, being a hostel, but we have a room at the end of the hall and it was always very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!"
