"This is a lovely old hotel, but the room I was given (204) is at the top of the lobby stairs and was very noisy. I was awakened several times by noise from the lobby and kitchen. I'm certain other rooms are quieter. "

Trim, doors on cabinets etc. no coffee tables or lamps in bedrooms and living rooms. If you're going to be in the rental business details are the hardest part.
