Cheerful Lake Ontario 3 bedrooms House in Wilson New York.

House is fully renovated and have additional half bathroom, washer and dryer, central AC, forced air heating, dinning room for sleeping of 8 guests.
Beautiful waterfront cottage with private beach, water access for swimming and relaxing in sunset view. Very private and quiet for relaxing after busy day at work. Close to wine testing, brewing and Wilson marina. Short drive to Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara, Lockport Caves and many parks and restaurants. If you bringing your kayaks or swim be aware there is no life guard or emergency response to help. Life jacket will be provided but you can bring your own swimming shoes for better fit. Swimming shoes are must have in order to enter water.

Perfect location in a beautiful setting
We had a great stay. It is close to the main attractions like Niagara Falls and the Old Port Niagara but in a quiet, nontouristy setting. We brought our boat and were able to put into the lake 5 minutes away and the river 10 minutes away. Good restaurants nearby at the marina and Woodcock Brothers Brewing close too. Grilled in the back a couple times and ate overlooking the gorgeous sunsets. We even swam from the rocky beach once. House came with everything we needed, including linens and paper products. We would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable cottage with a million dollar view. Stayed for a fishing trip with family and friends. The layout of the cottage was comfortable for everyone. Cottage was stocked with everything we could ever need. We plan on returning. Owner's communication was great. Highly recommend.

Amazing Relaxing Stay!
From the moment of arrival to the end, it was a perfect getaway. I met the Host/Owner when we first arrived as he was working on his adjacent property. He said hello and told me to let him know if there is anything that could make the stay more comfortable. There was nothing he could have done to make it better, the home/location was awesome! The home was immaculately clean, had so many supplies and nice touches. He even had a selection of coffee and teas plus other staples available to use. You could immediately tell that the property was recently renovated and completed very nice. The open kitchen, dining and living area was spacious and well laid out for a smaller home. The best spot was the sunroom which looks out onto the Lake. Even though it was cold, snowy and windy while we were there, you could not beat the view from the sunroom area. This is an ideal place to stay if you enjoy spending time at the lake, I am sure during the summer months, the lake activities would be amazing. Upon leaving, the owner/host was donating items from the next property, and we got a chance to talk briefly. He thanked me for staying and asked if there was anything that could have made the stay better. I told him no and "thank you" for allowing me to stay! He was so very kind, welcoming and caring. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property to anyone. It was apparent in meeting and talking to the owner/host that they truly care about their properties and guests!

Girls Weekend Getaway
Beautiful accommodations in close proximity to outlet shopping and winery visits. Home was well equipped with all the amenities and was very clean upon our check in. Unfortunately the water was a bit choppy, so we weren’t able to utilize the kayaks. However we were able to enjoy sitting lakefront on late afternoon/evening. One suggestion would be for window coverings on the bedroom windows for privacy. Otherwise everything was perfect, and already planning a return trip!! Thank you!!

Listing was as advertised. We loved the open floor plan and modern look. You can watch the water from the back viewing room, the living room, and the dinner table! Large yard, and great water access which was super clear. My dog loved running around and swimming. Wonderful sunsets and sunrises. Really cool that you can see Toronto from the back yard as well. Only two negatives we had here. The inside was pretty buggy, lots of fruit flies. Also, the air return for the AC unit was extremely loud. Kinda like being on a plane before take off…with that being said, we loved it and would stay again. It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old, and would plan to come back yearly.

Summer Lake Trip with Family & Friends
LOVE the quiet stay right on the lake! We spent days floating out on the lake, wine tasting, visiting sites and local restaurants. The house was clean and perfect for 5 of us. Great communication. Bring bug spray- we stayed in August and needed it but enjoyed fires by the lake in the evenings.

Great Lake House
We had a great week stay. It was perfect for our trip to Niagara. It is not too far from the falls and other attractions and it was so wonderful to come back to house to enjoy the peace and quiet and enjoy the lake. Our girls had a great time down at the beach area swimming, kayaking, and building rock structures. The house was a perfect set up for spending family time together and gave us all enough space to spread out. Thank you for sharing your home!

Peaceful Location and Well Maintained House
The house was really nice, clean and well updated. We loved our stay there and really enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and the peaceful setting. Owner of the rental was very responsive to any minor issues that came up and made check in and out process simple. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location and home but missing the touches of home.
This home is in an absolute gorgeous, quiet area. The home is clean with nice beds. The kitchen is extremely bare bones, no cooking spray, oil, spices or anything of that nature so be prepared to bring everything you need. It is also lacking bathroom rugs that would be a nice touch.

Perfect Space for Family
We stayed at this property while visiting Niagara Falls. It was about 30 minutes away from the falls. Open concept so definitely made it family friendly and kept the teens from hiding in a room on their phone. Wi-Fi was quick, beds comfy, kitchen full of dishes. The water area was nice to sit and listen to the waves after sightseeing. We used the provided grill to cookout one night. The lake was too choppy to kayak but loved that everything we would have needed was right there. Host was incredibly quick to respond to questions. I have already recommended this property to others.

An incredible place for a few days away from real life! The space is so relaxing - we spent nearly every moment just listening to the waves. Lots of wineries nearby, and Olcott is a fun and interesting little village. The owner is super responsive. Lots of interesting wildlife spotted too!

The Most Memorable Getaway
This property was right on the water and so cute! Loved that the hammock and fire pit are right next to the water. We brought our 2 pups and decided to take “family” pics with them right next to the picture perfect water, when my boyfriend proposed! Could not have asked for a more perfect view of Lake Ontario to get engaged :) I am so happy we found this place!

Relaxing family getaway!
We will definitely be returning! My partner, 2 dogs and I travelled up from Kentucky to spend some time with my sister (from Rochester NY) and mom (from Wilmington DE). It was a great space - we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back porch or in the yard watching the sunsets. My dogs loved climbing in the rocks by the beach area and we were able to enjoy the kayaks a few times. If you use Waze - it doesn’t take you up the road far enough and it’s actually tucked back a bit off the road. Overall it was a great experience and we didn’t want to come home!
