Enjoy dinner and a stroll along the boardwalk in historic downtown Wilmington less then 8 miles away. If your visiting for a wedding, the house is minutes to Wrightsville Manor and Airlie gardens, popular wedding venues.

The in-ground, heated, saltwater pool surrounded by lush gardens make the backyard a dreamy oasis for fun-filled vacation days. Enjoy watching the kids play in the grassy yard while enjoying a book in the screened in area. At the very back of the property is the "kid zone" where you'll be surrounded by old growth trees providing a shady place to play. Hopscotch your way to the tree-house, zip-line, and swing set. Explore the garden shed which holds some fun outdoors activities we have left for your use as well as things donated by previous guests - beach, pool, outdoor activities. Practice free throws on the driveway basketball hoop. After a fun-filled day, roast some marsh mellows and tell stories around the backyard fire-pit.
