We had an enjoyable stay at this property, located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was equipped with all needed items for food preparation. We would definitely rent this home again.

What a comfortable and clean home! Minutes away from all you would need. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped to cook your meals in to save money. Plenty to do in Wilmington. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house and location
We were in town for my sons graduation from UNCW and the home owner was so thoughtful to have a graduation gift for my son! The house was ideally located for everything on campus and Wrightsville beach, but still in a quiet location. The home was roomy, well kept and updated. The next time we are in town we certainly plan to stay here again. So much better than a hotel.

Great house that we fell in love with. Would love to own the house if it ever goes on the market. Stay was absolutely great. Loved the pool. Wished the house had a grill and also a fire pit. Other than that the stay was great

Wonderful place to stay-hope to be back again!
Exactly as pictured in listing. Very cozy, well kept and clean place. Very quiet neighborhood that was tucked out of they way but within 5 mins of lots of wilmington food and shopping and 10 min straight up from wrightsville beach. The private backyard pool was a great perk. We did go out on the beach a couple times, but we got in the pool every day. The water temp by this time of year was perfect. Had to work a few hours while there and the office space was perfect for that. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to be able to spread out and not feel crammed together. Great communication from owner. Overall very happy, hope to be able to stay again!

Green pool
The house was overall okay. Clean, plenty of space, but the pool was oddly green. It had what looked like algae in the bottom and needed to be shocked. I reached out and although the contact for the house responded, the pool people didn’t come because of the weather??? The dishwasher was full when we got there and the folded towels were damp And their was no disposal. For people that love a nice pool, we were disappointed.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Had an issue with the internet. Contacted Tyler who responded within in minutes. After a few texts and photos sent the problem was resolved.

Late summer getaway
My spouse and I stayed for a week. It was our first time in Wilmington. The property location was perfect for us. The pool was very private and it was close to go to the beaches and great restaurants. There were a couple of bugs in the house (but that is what to expect in the south). The pool is older but very private and we loved that it was salt water. Overall we enjoyed our time.

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful stay as a family travelling with a toddler. The house was clean and the mattress in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I've slept on in a rental property. We loved that it was all one level for our little one to run around without worry. There were also a ton of books for the little one to read! We had a minor problem with the pool upon check in but the host was incredibly responsive and had someone out same day to help us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend this home!
