Welcome to "The Parsonage." Located in the historic downtown Wilmington.

Enjoy the charm of historic downtown Wilmington. Located among the many attractions of downtown and within an easy drive to the beaches, this is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer. An easy walk to local cofee shops, dining, shopping, nightlife and the senic riverwalk. 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels, two beach chairs, umbrella and beach accessories. Two bikes are also available. A block away from tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts.

This quaint home includes a comfortable living room, a dining room that seats six, a well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor grilling area. The bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Additional sleeping is available on the fold-out sofa in the living room. The front porch, and side deck offer great outdoor space for enjoying coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Fenced in front yard for the pups.

This home is not only in a prime location to enjoy Historic Wilmington, but has everything you need to make for a relaxing getaway!

Short stroll to waterfront.
Wedding weekend down at the waterfront. Close enough to walk to waterfront which we did a couple of times but ubered to the wedding. House was clean and roomy. Loved that we had 2 bathrooms so we could spread out. We would stay here again.

The parsonage was a great spot to enjoy exploring Willmington & the surrounding beach areas.
The artwork and comfortable furnishings were a treat. We chose to do a lot of cooking, and kitchen silverware and pots were limited, but we made do. We had a cozy stay at the Parsonage.

Loved this property. Cool mid century furnishings, clean, well stocked and very comfortable - owner has thought of everything you would need for a vacation rental. We very much enjoyed our stay for a few days in Wilmington! Host was wonderful to work with and the house was immaculate on arrival. Very well appointed. All needs met. Impressed with how clean it was. Everything you might need for an out of town visit. Close to the wedding site at First Presbyterian Church on 3rd street. Also convenient to the Country Club reception. We would book again. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and admiring the historical homes- just one block away.

Miss Marple comes to stay
Staying at this darling parsonage felt like being in an Agatha Christie book!.. Cosy, so all curated and a wonderful location. The neighborhood is full of historic homes and buildings, and you can walk everywhere. We had our service dog with us, and she loved hanging out in the front yard with us. Perfect stay.

Gateway to Wilmington
This is a great, cozy (but surprisingly spacious) house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s perfect if you want to be within a nice stroll of downtown and you can enjoy all the sights without the hassle of having to park there. I did some writing there as well since it’s just downright peaceful. Excellent rental experience. Anthony was terrific!

A great stay
The house is cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it is convenient to downtown. It is a great house and we enjoyed our stay so it will be our go-to place the next time we visit family. The only thing to note is that the church next door is very close and a drummer was practicing on Friday night and the band for several hours mid morning on Saturday. We could hear it all. We were able to ignore it, but it might be an issue for some.

Hidden Gem in Wilmington
Beautiful home nestled in the classic neighborhood in downtown Wilmington. The decor and amentities are top notch for the location and price. Literally right next to an old church and walking distance to downtown Wilmington by the river. Highly recommend.

Something around every corner
The Parsonage is an eclectic home. The mid-century furnishings are fabulous but the decor is everything else. We had a few issues, but the property manager was extremely responsive. Conveniently located to downtown in the historic district but if you want to walk to Riverwalk, it's a hike.
