Close (walking distance) to Wilmington night life and historical spots. Great view from balcony. Check in/out, communication, cleanliness, etc...all 5 star. Surprisingly simple.

Quick Trip to Wilmington

The location of this property was the best! You could walk everywhere downtown and enjoy a view of the river. The place was neat and clean. I would stay there again for sure.

This condo is perfect for your stay in Wilmington, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth! The view is beautiful and the location is just perfect! The included parking is in a garage just around the corner. Corey and Hayden really do a great job and their communication is top notch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful View

The condo was clean and neat, the view at sunset was beautiful. We were right on the River Walk and were able to walk all over the downtown area easily.

Definitely recommend!

Our apartment was VERY clean and cute. Our hosts were great! All the information for the apartment check in/out procedures and parking was detailed and perfect, we never had a question about anything. Very nice it has free parking and the parking garage is right across the street! I garis basically across the street!

Great choice

Came into town for a weekend to visit my niece. Great price, sizable condo, big balcony. Liked looking out over the Main Street for people watching. Despite that and the other side facing the back of some bars, the condo is very quiet. Felt safe.

Great location, great place

We had intended on staying longer but cut short by a family emergency sand ended up here. Location ii perfect within 2 minutes of the shopping and nightlife. Parking was a breeze parking right under our apartment, cost $7.50 (they do not charge from 1830-0900 on the street, we did not use supplied parking pass. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Wilmington.

Fantastic location

My fiance and I stayed here over night so we did not have to drive back to Raleigh. We both fish and spent the weekend on the water so it was nice to have a place to shower and sleep. The location was fantastic. Safe and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The deck out front over looking the river was nice and the gated parking spot was perfect for when your in the city. The wine bottle as a welcome gift was a wonderful touch! Everyone has their own opinion of beds. The bed on site was very lumpy. Not sure if it was old or what but the left side of the bed was on a slant so we both woke up with back aches. Could have been just us but if the bed wasn't lumpy we would have given it all 5 stars! Thank you again!

Riverfront Relaxation

The condo was perfect for a quick getaway weekend. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The sunsets are breathtaking over the river.
