Prime location- quite end unit & fully renovated townhouse with pool and easy access to Wrightsville Beach, restaurants, shopping, beach activities & wedding venues. This updated, townhouse in the coastal "Lions Gate" neighborhood offers plenty of privacy and parking. The home features 2 bedrooms/2 baths/6 beds that can sleep up to 9 guests. It includes a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, and three dining areas. Walk to the pool, shops, restaurants, grocery store, and easy walk to Wrightsville Beach! -Brand new tennis and pickleball courts (two tennis courts and three pickleball courts). Rackets and balls included!! Very short walk to Wrightsville Manor wedding venue!

We do have an exterior nest camera for quality assurance and security.

We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated townhouse! A quick drive to the beach and lovely to have a pool and pickle ball courts so close to the house. A beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Family vacation. The location is perfect; 7 minute ride to the beach, tons of restaurants and shopping close by, and 15 minutes to downtown Wilmington. The home was very clean and spacious.

The house was clean and exactly as pictured online. It was nice staying somewhere that felt secluded yet only a short drive to the local stores & restaurants. The property was great. The owners didn’t miss a beat in how the condo was furnished and supplied. The location was perfect: wooded community right next to a shopping area with restaurants, a few blocks from the inland waterway and more great restaurants and about a mile to wrightsville beach.

We had an excellent stay at Magnolia Bay. Condo is clean and thoughtfully appointed. Everything from fluffy towels to fancy coffee. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property and hosts!
Everything was clean and beautiful, tastefully decorated. Anything we could have possibly needed was in the bathrooms and kitchen. Location was great, within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. Only a ten minute drive to the beach! One of the things that made the stay most pleasant was how helpful and accommodating our hosts were. They were willing to let additional people stay for a small fee, and even provided a rollaway bed for us. Communication was always snappy and effective. Can’t wait to come back next year hopefully!

Spectacular!
We had an amazing time.The house was very well equiped, super clean, confortable and nicely decorated. It is located very close to a grocery store and restaurants. The community has pickle ball and tennis courts. The house has raquets and balls provided for both. We recommend this house and we will be back. Thank you for a great stay!
