Historic Queen Anne's style home in the heart of Downtown Wilmington.This house has been renovated over the past few years to offer the delights of a historic home with the luxuries of modern living. Relax and enjoy the many breweries and restaurants within walking distance or enjoy a lovely stroll in the historic river walk simply 6 blocks away. The backyard is fully fenced in for your peace of mind. All linens and towels are provided.

All of the bedrooms are located upstairs.

One full bathroom is located downstairs with living spaces and the other full bathroom is upstairs off the hallway with the bedrooms.
