Heart of Downtown - Front/Market Street

Momentum loft is a second floor condo in heart of downtown Wilmington. Located in the busy intersection of Front and Market Street, the condo is footsteps away from shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. Our location is a convenient stroll down the Riverwalk to Live Oak Bank Pavilion, Wilmington Convention Center and downtown wedding venues.
This section of Front Street is full of retail and restaurants with an Irish Pub next door. Our guests can expect the usual city noise. There are no CLUBS on this section of the block that plays loud BASS until 2pm. The Pub next door does play tolerable music at a tolerable level until 2pm. The bedroom is in the back of the unit and surrounded by thick brick walls that allow for a good night sleep!
The loft comes with 2 foam surfboards. Dont hesitate to come downstairs and ask the owner about private surf lessons.

Downtown getaway
The momentum loft is a great downtown spot to stay if you are interested in an easy walk to all things Downtown Wilmington. Great riverfront access, restaurants, nightlife, and just a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location!
We had a great stay! You can not beat this location if you are looking to hang out downtown. Room was clean & check in was easy. This will be the only place we stay in Wilmington from now on! The owner also runs a distillery so make sure to stop by and check it out!

This adorable and cozy apartment is located right in the heart of the historic district. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! We were steps away from coffee shops, bars, and the beautiful river walk area. Highly recommend!

If you want to explore historic Wilmington, it’s the perfect place you can walk everywhere. Great food great drink great entertainment anll super close. unfortunately I was there for a professional conference and couldn’t enjoy Downtown Wilmington.

Great pad and amazing location!
My girlfriend and I were visiting friends for the weekend and we loved waking up to the bright and sunny downtown streets of Wilmington! Another great thing is that the bedroom is away from the street so you can sleep peacefully and not here sounds from the bars outside!

Our two night stay was tremendous. Hunter & Misti were great as hosts. One block from the Cape Fear. Within walking distance to anything downtown. The room was cozy & comfortable. The noise from the bars was not bad. Can be a bit noisy if lots of people on the street outside using their outside voices. We would definitely stay again.

Hunter and his loft were both awesome. The location is worth every penny and you cannot beat it. It’s literally right in the middle of the nightlife but not so much it’s bothersome. I will recommend this place to anyone that asks where they should stay in Wilmington

Cozyand clean spot, just what we needed for a short stay. Located in the middle of downtown, we thought the downtown noise would be a lot, but because the bed is in the back of the loft behind a wall it wasn't bad at all.

Hunter, was a great host he actually contacted us when we were in on our way there that we could check in early that was not a problem. The location was amazing right in the heart of downtown.
