The place has great access to historic district with fun food and bars. Downside is no parking on site. You pay a valet service 30/day or self park a block away for 10 dollars

We only stayed one night but had two rooms. Everything was new, in perfect condition and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was top notch and delicious with great variety! Our daughter is going to the UNC Wilmington so we will stay here again often. Misty at the front desk was professional and extremely helpful (as was the valet). This hotel is in the historical area within walking distance to so many great places to eat and shop.

The overall hotel was good. But, they dont have parking. The public parking lot is one block over. Or maybe you get lucky and get a parking meter spot right in front of the hotel.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was so clean the bathtub and shower actually shined! So close to everything downtown Wilmington! The only downside is that unless you want to do the valet parking, you will park in the deck across the street, which was not a big deal to us. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great property and great location. Staff very helpful and accomodating-let us drop our bags off early, long before check in-so we could go explore. There is construction going on across the street, but we didn’t notice any extra noise from the room during the day, and the work stopped by evening. Parking is valet-with in and out privileges, or you can park in a parkade for $10 a day with no in/out privileges. Overall great place to stay.
