"The place is decent for the price."

"Arrived at property and upon check in was told there was an additional $10 per day parking fee . Clerk at desk was very unsure of himself and took a while to check us in. In the room the tv remote didn’t work properly and the room was freezing . Thermostat on wall doesn’t control anything . Went to unit and it was set at 60 degrees. The unit made such a squealing noise when running we shut it off totally . Then there were no face tissues . The box was empty and no replacement and then the conditioner in shower was empty. Told the front desk the next morning as we left. Returned at ten pm and our keys wouldn’t work. Went to desk and got keys fixed and returned to room to find no maid service was performed. Still no face tissues and conditioner as well as bed not made and no new towels . Went back to desk and they apologized and gave us towels and conditioner . This place will no longer be on our stay list . It was awful ."

"The property is not well maintained and does not look anything like the pictures. This is not a smoke free property despite the signs, the rooms were dirty, bathtub disgusting, couldn’t even shower. It was a short stay due to last minute flight cancellation, would not recommend this property especially with kids."

"The Delta hotel appeared to be a beautiful, four star hotel, the beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. However, for the amount of money I paid for the room, there was a sticky substance on the carpet. In places, two of the lights did not work, the remote control did not work, and the bathroom fan would not turn off."

"Hotel is very run down. My TV’s didn’t work. My toilet didn’t flush and instead of fixing it right away I had to wait because apparently vacuuming the entrance was more important than guests being able to use the restroom in the room we paid for. Several hours before they came up to fix anything. I had to leave just to use the restroom. Horrible experience."
