Staff members that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The only issues was that since there was construction happening full breakfast was not provided, and the gym was not open either. Other than that, it was a great stay. The bedroom sheets were clean and the room did not smell weird at all. The only issue is the design of the door to the toilet/shower area, it was too close to the tub. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay, despite of it being in a very noisy road you could barely hear any road noise.

I am so upset with this hotel!!! We only picked here because it had a pool for our 4 yr old. It was expensive but we chose anyways. When we got there they were remodeling everything, no pool, no nothing, I told the guy at the make shift counter, you should tell your customers this before they pay money and are expecting what is in the description... That's not my job was his answer. You know how hard it is to tell a 4 year old that you can't go in a pool after you bring her bathing suit and puddle jumper. No we will never use this chain again.... No respect and not even a sorry there were plenty of other hotels we could of picked, but knowing the name we went with it. Never again!!!!

The staff was excellent and cleanliness in my room/temporary lobby area was great. I hadn't done my research prior and seen that the property itself was under renovations which is totally my fault, however the construction during my stay was not noisy. The WiFi was a bit slow in Room 502 so if you need high speed internet for work or play you may need to use a mobile hotspot from your cell phone. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

They were undergoing a complete renovation. Lobby and areas completely torn up and paper in all windows. Makeshift table to check in and workers everywhere at 6:00pm. I was never informed of the construction when I reserved this hotel!! Did not stay and not happy about getting another hotel! Ashley

This property should have been advertised as under construction - checkin - lobby nonexistent - parking area under construction and overgrown- shambles - elevators, corridors in very poor condition to accept guests - room minimally acceptable - staff at checkin was polite - that is about the only positive

Even tho it was under contruction, the inside was still kept clean an debri free. The outside lounge area was nice also. Overall satisfied with stay.

Under renovation in the lobby area and elevator areas. Just dirty and unkept outside by the seating area. In our room we found an empty wine bottle behind the curtains and few beer tops. With that in mind it makes you think about how attentive is house keeping with everything overall.

The property was under renovation, which we wasn’t informed of, the breakfast was very basic and their was no airport shuttle. None of the above we was informed about and it made our stay not as comfortable and enjoyable. The only saving grace was the staff. So for holiday inn hotel very disappointing
