The listing description is very accurate and the space is quite comfortable. You might hear the owners through the shared walls/doorways, but Dave has made it as private as possible. Dave is very helpful and responds quickly to communications. I felt comfortable going for my walks in the morning and it is close to some nice activities (such as the River Walk, the Delaware Museum of Science and Nature).

Dave was great to communicate with, very responsive and even allowed us to have some mail sent to the house while we were there. Plenty of room, very private and easy to get everywhere we were going. Would stay again if in the area.

The communication is excellent
All i needed was a nice clean place that was as advertised. This house is better than advertised, clean, private, quite and convenient. Dave is a very nice person and really communicates everything very well. Youll need nothing hes thought of everything as far as amenities. Ill definitely book here again.

Very nice stay
The property was nice and Dave was very accommodating. I had a couple requests and he was right there with the solution. A super nice guy. I am handicap and getting into the place was difficult for me to walk to the door. A wheelchair would not work.
