A bike ride from the beach

A short 2 mile bike ride down a scenic trail to the beach, close to UNCW, the Mayfair district, .8 miles away from Wrightsville Manor wedding venue and across the street from Arlie Gardens. 1-2 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, shopping and restaurants in Lumina Station. This recently renovated two story townhome is furnished with a beach theme. Sheets, towels, internet and cable are provided along with everything you need to prepare your own meals. A true home away from home. There is a 30% discount for monthly rentals, 10% for weekly rentals.

The space
Sleeps 9 using the queen- sized pullout sofa in living room. Fenced in patio area to hangout or grill. Gas grill ready to BBQ Burgers or fresh Carolina Shrimp. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and serving dinner at home. Washer & dryer located on the 1st floor and two beach cruiser bikes for your use. Comes with two parking spaces. Front door has electronic deadbolt with a code for easy access.

Bike ride
Beautiful ride down Airlie Rd to C. Heide Trask Bridge. Nice Restaurants and bars to stop on Airlie. Once you pass Bridge Tender on the right off Airlie Rd., jump on the under pass which brings you to the bridge. About 2.6 miles and 18 min ride. Enjoy!

Whimsical condo in convenient location
Fun, whimsical condo close to Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, and downtown. It was very well equipped with all the essentials and a bonus of two bikes! We stayed here for a long weekend for dorm move out at UNCW and the condo was convenient to campus, the beach, and downtown. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a long weekend and a family wedding. Plenty of room for our family which included four generations. The property was very clean and provided some terrific amenities. We also enjoyed the easy access to so much in the Wrightsville Beach area. A thumbs up for sure.

It’s close to the airport, the wedding venue we went to, restaurants, not even 10 mins to the beach ! It’s a perfect location if you don’t care that your not on the beach! The owner was very accommodating and told us we could even get in earlier since it had been already cleaned. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again !

Roomy condo close to Wrightsville Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's condo. The place is very clean and bright, extremely spacious, and has a great kitchen and family room area. We loved the 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. We were happy to have big TVs to watch the hockey games! Steve is a great host. The condo is located close to lots of good restaurants and only a short drive to the beach. We would recommend this place to others and would stay here again if we're in the area.

Family Staycation
We stayed at this property with our out-of-state family due to our home being under construction. The property was in an excellent location - close to restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. Two beds upstairs, each with full baths and 1 down with full bath as well, made it quick to get a group of 6 ready. The townhouse was spotless and had every kitchen item we needed to feed two hungry boys. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to needs and questions! We will definitely use this townhouse again for out-of-town visitors or just a great getaway! Highly recommend!

North Carolina First Timers
We were in NC for the first time for our daughters meet and greet, Engagement Party ,Bridal Shower, Cook Out, and boat cruising. The place was the perfect location for our events. It was very very clean. The bedding in the Primary bedroom was top quality. Towels were as well. Air conditioner and fans worked fine. Communication with host was prompt. We would book this place again when we return.

Close to Wedding Venue
Location was perfect for the local wedding venue. Issue we had was the house just wasn't cleaned at all. We had to wash all the sheets and pillow cases along with running the dishwasher and disposing some expired items left in the fridge. Owner was responsive up to check in but couldn't be reached after. About a $20 uber to downtown for those that are interested.
