Luxe 2 King Suites! Pool, Hot Tub & 2 Mi to Beach

Welcome to CooCoo for Caicos!

* Beautifully Decorated 5-bedroom home near Wrightsville Beach and Mayfair Shopping Center
* Two King Bedrooms, One Queen bedroom, a room with 2 Full beds, and a bunk bed room with a trundle sofa
* Two primary suites for ample comfort (one is downstairs - perfect for those who are not great with stairs!)
* 3.5 newly updated bathrooms
* Large backyard with an in-ground swimming pool
* Pool House with arcade basketball, kitchenette, arcade games, TV, air hockey table (no longer have pool table), and living room space
* Outdoor firepit and grill
* Only a 10- minutes drive from Wrightsville Beach
* Bikes provided for a 20-minute ride to Wrightsville Beach

No need to stop by and grab a key. Go straight to the home to use the digital lock on the front door with a unique code to enter.

The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised in and around the pool at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool.

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old. If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 25 years old.

The Perfect Place!
We booked this house for my bachelorette trip and honestly could not have been happier! The house is beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super helpful! I would absolutely recommend this house!

The home was even better than expected! Our whole family stayed there for our daughter’s wedding and the downstairs master was a blessing. The kitchen and pool were a dream. We hated to leave. My messages were always returned and taken care of. We will definitely come back.

Great Home in Wilmington, NC!
Visiting Wilmington, NC for the first time - travelling with my wife and two boys (ages 8, 9). This home is nicely located to area attractions and an easy drive to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. We all loved the pool! Most importantly, Christina was accessible and extremely responsive. She also provided great area recommendations and answered all of our questions prior to booking, in advance of the trip and even checked-in during the visit to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend the host and the home for a visit to the Wilmington, NC area.
