Very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Communication with host and check in was great. The house was very clean and had everything needed. The pool and outdoor space is a huge bonus and a quick drive to UNCW!

Wonderful Wilmington Getaway with Friends
Three 70 aged couples enjoyed a 3 night reunion, coming together from Charleston, Charlotte and Harrisonburg. The house was clean, well-decorated, and completely comfortable. We had our own private bedrooms as well as a spacious common area—kitchen, dining areas and living room. If only it had been warm enough in December to jump into the gorgeous salt water pool.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautiful and exactly what is pictured. It’s a short drive to downtown Wilmington and the beach. Perfect spot for a home away from home.

Wonderful stay at this house!
This house had many updated things, it was very comfortable and relaxing. It had games, pool towels, many areas around the pool to sit in the sun and in the shade. The beds were very comfortable!! I loved the well kept large pool!! The host was outstanding keeping in touch with us for any needs we may have had. I would love to go back!

Clean, welcoming, beds comfortable, fun things for the kids to do during their stay. Wish the pool was heated as we stayed during a cold-front and it was just too chilly to swim without it being heated. Great community and lots of food close by. We'd utilize this property again.

We loved staying at this property! Everything was clean and neat, and property had everything we needed for a short family stay in the area for local soccer tournament. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we hoped but it was still very nice! Check-in and check-process very easy, and host was always responsive and friendly. Would recommend this property for your stay in Wilmington - within 20 minutes of just about everything!

House was spectacular! Wonderful open floor plan, with big kitchen, living and dining. Well appointed kitchen (we cook a lot) and lovely furnishings. Communication was easy and prompt. Would absolutely stay here again! Stephanie, our host, is amazing!

Excellent house, very clean and pool is awesome! Stephanie (property manager) was easy to work with and communicated when people would be at the house to take the garbage bins to the road and return them to the house and very quick to respond to any questions!

We really enjoyed the house it was exactly as pictured. The only problem was it needed more paper products and didn't have any of the yard games as mentioned. Regardless, we completely enjoyed our stay and the pool is a definite plus.

Two families of four stayed in the house and it is clean and well appointed. The furniture is comfortable and the house is spacious. Location is convenient to UNCW and the beach. Weather didn’t allow us to use the beautiful pool but it is huge and looked amazing. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation 2023
I would recommend this property to all families. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many shopping areas. It is just a short drive to either Wrightsville or Carolina Beach. The pool made a perfect afternoon/evening activity with the little ones when the beach became too much for them. My large family (6 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed our time away together. It was a great vacation!
