"Nice spacious, clean room. But had no bath. Staff sent confusing messages changing appointments at spa and restaurant a few times due to weather they said. Main Elevator with carpet had strange smell. Otherwise hotel facility was nice. Have to walk to gym in basement of a nearby apartment building, which is a bit of an inconvenience. Nd front desk lady did not explain where gym was. So we walked around. Building inside trying to find it for a bit. There was no sign for it. View is nice...

"This is my second stay here. I planned this stay with my brother and cousin to watch the football championship games. Everything was perfect..nice and quiet the whole stay. "What a great tidy place, brand new. Great pool. But sort of unrelated, I hope whoever paid someone for tiling and final inspection got their money back. I’ve never seen such slipshod craftsmanship on a brand new commercial building, it’s like somebody called their nephew and his buddies to do it. "We stayed at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain. It was beautiful, despite the snowy weather and cold! The main lodge was also very nice and we ate there for both dinner and breakfast. If you stay in the Overlook Lodge, don't stay in Rm. 201. There is a nearby heavy fire door that slams shut and will not let you rest or sleep. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new room away from the door. I hope the hotel fixes that soon."
