Spacious Waterfront Condo With Sunset Views, Pool, and Family-Friendly Amenities

Get away from it all at Sunset Harbor - a waterfront gem with every activity you could want: boating, dining, fishing, pickleball, you name it!

Our home has been updated and designed with a spacious dining area for entertaining and a large sectional sofa for lounging and taking in the views.

Whether you take in the sunset from the unobstructed balcony or go for a walk to enjoy dinner at The Wave restaurant, you will be sure to leave relaxed and happy!

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 includes water views, a king bed, a dedicated work space, a smart tv, blackout curtains, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed, bunk beds for two, a kitchenette, and an en suite bathroom. Both rooms have closet storage, luggage racks, and portable fans.

Living Room: Enjoy a large sectional sofa with an upgraded full sleeper bed, smart tv, blackout curtains, and an incredible waterfront view!

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms include toiletries, hair dryers, and have a combination garden tub/shower.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen has ample space for cooking in a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with ice maker/water-dispenser, convection stove, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, blender, toaster, washer and dryer, etc. The dining room is perfect for entertaining with a view of the lake.

Throughout: All new furniture, floors, and fixtures. The space includes board games, swim towels, coffee, snacks, and more!

Run the boat swim a little
Temperature is great, little too windy but we got to run the boat. There’s a ramp 2 seconds away and you can pull right up to the balcony on the bulkhead. Fish everywhere Great Lake thanks Cameron.

Great place to watch fireworks on lake!!
Good morning Cameron, just a heads up to let you know we have departed. Your cleaning ladies can get in there anytime they want. We really love the place. It’s a perfect site for firework watching! If you have any third -story properties, let us know. The lady upstairs sounds like she was in the infantry and now does nothing but moves her furniture for a living! We closed everything up for you, set the AC up to 81, turned off all the lights and locked the patio door. We also started the dishwasher and took out all of our garbage. Front door is locked up tight and we are out of here. Thanks again!

We had a quick trip for a wedding and only stayed one night but the view of the lake beautiful .Condo was clean and spacious. Area/neighborhood was nice. Cameron was helpful and stayed in communication with us if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again if we make our way back to lake Conroe.

Quick, but Great Stay
The apartment has the best view of the lake. It seems to be a hotel that was converted into apartments. Owner's have done a great job renovating it! The apt has anything you might need for your stay. We didn't have the opportunity to use the kitchen, but seemed to have everything and more for cooking. My daughter loved the closet of games, and we enjoyed playing at night while overlooking the lake. Thanks for hosting us!

Nice getaway
This condo was beautiful and roomy for a family of 4. Could fit a few more people in my opinion. Would definitely stay again. We fished right outside the condo complex and caught a few bass. Had a great time.

Lake view!!
It was just two of us and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and nicely stocked with towels and travel sized toiletries. The furniture was comfortable and contemporary and the space felt roomy and well maintained . The view from the patio and the master suite is fantastic. Having two bathrooms and two smart TVs was a bonus. This is a great spot to stay if you want a centralized place to venture out and explore all that the lake area has to offer. We’d stay here again.

It is hard to put into words how amazing this place is! Super clean, super spacious, and those sunsets!!! The condo is within walking distance of lots of spots to fish (although we didn’t come up with any). The view from the balcony is breathtaking—soooo peaceful! We LOVED it all and will hopefully be back soon!

Perfect location with a great view. Husband and I just wanted to disconnect and get away for the weekend. Couldn't ask for a better place. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of space for us and another couple. Anything you may think you forgot at home they had it waiting on us. Will definitely be back again.

Cameron’s condo was awesome and she was an excellent communicator when I had a couple of questions. The beds were comfortable and there’s plenty of room in the condo to spread out. We enjoyed playing games at the dining room table and the kitchen was well stocked with the items we needed to prepare several meals, too. She also provided coffee, creamer and some snacks, too. They had nice amenities with a laundry room, toiletries and two pools are in walking distance. The food and drinks at The Wave Restaurant were good, too. We even went to The Wave in the evening to see a band. We would definitely stay at her condo again when in the area!!

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this condo again!! The location was peaceful and relaxing, and the scenic view of the lake was incredible. We had rain one day and it was a blast watching the storm roll in over the water. Out of all of the places we've vacationed over the years the bed in the master bedroom here was - by far- the most comfortable we have ever experienced. The owners did such a great job with all of it in order to make their guests feel right at home. The condo was clean and inviting. (As another guest mentioned, there are some wasp nests around the hallways, but we were able to dodge those as needed. Apparently, those pop up around all condos that are located near a body of water. Bring some spray if you're allergic.) Highly recommend this condo. :)

This place was amazing.
Nice location, on the water. Giant community pool around the corner. My teen and toddler loved it, and did not want to leave. The condo had everything you needed My wife really enjoyed the decor and layout. All we had to bring was food and 1 spare beach towel. Minor cons (we did not tell Cameron due to having found a fix around) 1. The latter to the top bunk bed is not secure, no bolts. Very sketchy. I had to tie the latter using a towel, then it was fine. 2. The fridge did not get cold even on its coldest setting. We decided to put our drinks and meats in the freezer (which didn't freeze but was much colder than the fridge) *This last two are not really up to the property manager to fix 3. The balcony is covered in webs and mosquitos. We had a difficult time getting rid of them but with mosquito repellent and a candle repellant, it worked for a while 4. The property is littered with wasps. They're everywhere! The communication with Cameron was effective, but I did not disclose these issues as we found a workaround so I cannot blame him for those. OVERALL ALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. Even with the minor cons, the positives heavily outweigh them, WE would stay here again!
