Cozy Comfy Condo #252, 2 Bdrm., Incredible View, a Fisherman's Paradise

A walk through of this prime 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd and 3rd story level condo with a queen sleeper sofa discloses a large bedroom with a king size bed on the right when you walk in the front door. A stairwell on the left side of the front door leads to the 3rd story Master bedroom with a King Size bed and an immaculate view across a 4-window wall and a large Master bathroom with an oversize garden tub w/sunroof to the right side of the stairs. This is a great tub for a warm soothing bubble bath. A few steps into the condo on the right side past the bedroom is the bathroom with a large oval shaped jacuzzi tub and shower. Continuing down the hallway is the fully equipped granite counter top kitchen w/gas stove and stainless appliances on the right just past the bathroom. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living room/dining room area which opens up just past the kitchen bar. The living/dining area unveils a wall-to- wall glass patio door with an unwinding view of the sunrise over Lake Conroe waters. The living/dining room exhibits a little bit of Texas history on the wall for those of you that have never been to this great and beautiful state. Whether it is business or pleasure this is our place for you to stay when you come to the Houston/Conroe/Willis, Texas area.

Just bring your clothes and snacks! This condo has everything you need! I was very impressed with everything. The heater in the bathroom was amazing! Everything was labeled and the inventory list helped a lot! We caught so many fish! Big ones!! Right off the balcony! You can’t beat that! We will be back as soon as we can get back out there!!

Perfect girls weekend spot

We loved the condo for a girls weekend trip. Everything was clearly labeled and stocked. The porch was amazing to drink coffee and enjoy the lake. Beds were comfortable. Owners were kind and caring as they messaged us to let us know we were under a severe weather alert. They also immediately responded when I had an issue with the door lock (user error…lol) Would highly recommend!

This rental is so great. The host has all your needs ready for you. You can fish from the balacony and it is so relaxing to have your morning coffee out there. The wave resturant is right behind you where the kids can swim whilr you wait for Crawlfish. We will be back!

Just right for thanksgiving

We stayed for thanksgiving weekend. It was lovely to be on the lake and watch the water birds and a few boats. We worked their puzzles and found the place clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful. Recommend!

Long Weekend Get-away!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Beds are super comfy, kitchen well-stocked with necessities, balcony was A+ for fishing (I have 3 boys.), pool was wonderful and we enjoyed fishing at the fishing pier/dock. Loved that there were plenty of extra blankets & box fans for the rooms. We would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect long-weekend get-away!! The patio view was amazing and perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The whirlpool tub was an added bonus - so relaxing. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We will be back!!

Had a wonderful time!

The evening sun is behind you so you can enjoy the evening in the shade and then drink coffee on the patio which is directly over the water while the sun rises. The furniture was comfortable, the condo was clean and we enjoyed it. The condo has a pool and other amenities along with a marina. The Wave restaurant is in the parking lot. It is also on the water, the food is good, the service is great, the place had a live band both Friday and Saturday evening and it also has a pool. We love that it is walking distance to the condo so maybe 500ft away. We ate at the "Hidden Gem" which is a small cafe inside a gas station just down the street. Its easy to miss but breakfast was fantastic. Thanks again, we'll be back next summer!

Great Stay

We have stayed at two other properties at this location over the last several years, this year, both were booked, so we gave this location a try for Spring Break. Although fishing off the balcony was horrible until the morning we were checking out, probably due to colder weather, we had a blast. The accommodations were clean and cozy. The owners were accomodating, and allowed a few family members in the area to fish and enjoy my cooking in their amazing kitchen one afternoon. No fish were too be found at that time, but we enjoyed the sunshine on the deck, played cards, and had a great family lunch. I took many photos. Our nephew had just lost his mother before Christmas, and his Step- father a few months before that. I planned this as a theraputic time for him to visit and bring his oldest child, to have a bit of family healing after that trauma. THIS OWNER allowed us to do that. They only stayed for about 2 hours, but it's a memory of fun times that I'll never forget. I'm so thankful to this owner, and they didn't even know how much it meant to me. Just like the other two properties that we have stayed at this location, they came though!!! They all have their own little touches and differences but I can say this stay was clean and they went the extra mile in providing fishing poles, bait in the fridge, a bottle of wine, and tennis rackets and other little touches that made the area stay so worthwhile. I highly recommend this as a great place for great family time!

Stop Looking and Book

We rented two units from the same owners for an extended family stay. The condos were both clean, nice, fully-stocked, and an excellent value. Communication from owners was great, as were the views.

So enjoyed seating on the balcony and enjoying the lake views. Beautiful sunrise!! The grandchildren really enjoyed being able to fish from the balcony. The condo was equipped with everything you would need and clean. The owners were great in communicating and very nice! We really enjoyed our stay!!
